This place sucks lack of service. They didn’t give me napkins and when I bought pancake they didn’t even give me syrup. They need to fire those workers. They make the food so slow even though there are not a lot of customers.

This place smells like a combination of pee, floor cleaner, BO, AO, coffee, French fries and that special Mickey D’s bathroom scent. I’ll never eat there.

this is the most expensive mcdonald’s i have ever been to. also, they shut the drink machine off because there are so many homeless people living in the restaurant and mcd’s doesn’t want them to steal drinks; the effect is that, when they give you a cup for your soft drink, you try to use the machine and nothing happens, so you stand there trying to get the attention of the workers to turn the machine on so you can get your drink; don’t bother trying to get a refill because the machine will be off again and you’ll have to wait in line 5 – 10 mins to as them to turn the machine on and then another 2 – 5 mins for the machine to actually turn on. but really the worst thing about this mcdonald’s is that it’s the most expensive mcdonald’s around

This location is like hobo central. A bit«skid row» ish. The employees always seem like they have no idea what’s going on. Possible language barrier? The only contributing members of society who actually go here are the vocational students from upstairs. The parking lot entrance in the back smells like old urine. One of the dirtiest, smelliest, unkept McDonalds locations I have ever been to in my life.

The cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, with the best customer service! I often grab a quick lunch or afternoon munches from McDonald’s because it is convenient, cheap, yet tasty. But my experience at this particular McDonald’s today was quiet beyond my usual expectation. I don’t normally expect the nicest environment for a meal when I go to McDonald’s. But here, the cashier was friendly and courteous, so were the other employees(they brought the food to our table instead of calling out the order number! They also came to check later if everything was good.), and the store was spacious and very clean. I guess I will visit here more often now and hope there would be more McDonald’s restaurants like this one in many other areas, too.

I was skeptical to come here at first but I needed some coffee and I was early for my nail appointment. It was fairly clean for the location it is in. The lady who brought my food out to my table was very friendly and she had regulars who she engaged in small talk with. The customers here are representative of the people who live here. What do you expect? I would come back here the next time I do my nails. An employee was going around and cleaning the whole time I was eating. Maybe it’s because I’m here on a Saturday morning, less busy so the employees are in a better mood.

Best looking McDonald’s I’ve been to. And I mean because of the modern look. Other than that it smells in there. Full of homeless people. So, I have been here a few times(for my daughter, I eat at WikiPoki) service was never great but nothing major. But tonight… I go in a rush(Fastfood place HELLO!!!) I ordered 2 Susage McMuffin and a hash brown. Waiting for my order there was 2 young workers(a guy and a girl) in the back talking ALL the time. The manager, I belive, told the guy(the worker who was talking all the time) «two fries for the guys». He was bussy talking all he said was okay. I’m waiting for ever for my order, I see a bag sitting right infront of the two chatty workers. The girl who took my order(nice efficent girl, sorry I took my anger on you by taking the bag from your hands) asked what did I ordered, I told her, and she asked the 2 workers of the year if my order was ready, she got the bag, that had been sitting in front of them forever. The guy said He was waiting for 2 orders of fries. Hellooo!!! Your manager said two guys!!! But he didn’t remember, he was bussy talking. I took my the order and left!!! The nightmare doesn’t end here! I get home surprise!!! The sausage McMuffins had no egg. I call and the worker of the year answeres. I told him who I was, I tell him My order was Incomplete I complain and he laughts! saying that he thought I was waiting for fries. I ask to speak to his manager, he says he is the manager. Once more I remind him his manager said the fries were for two guys, he answers«I know but my manager said it was for your«Wait, I thought HE was the manager, I insist on speaking with the girl who is no different than him… Sad night for my bby. Kids working manager positions, really! … I was told to go bk for my Sasage Mcmuffins. Said yes but I woun’t waste my time for incompitent workers.

Went here for a quick lunch and left without any satisfaction whatsoever. The staff here, particularly the manager I encountered, hate their job and hate the customers by extension. I have no patience for incompetence or laziness so for the first time in my life I asked for a refund and left before I got my order. I went next door to another one of the thousand options available in the area. I was so disgusted with my experience here that I even wrote to the owner. He has yet to acknowledge me so it seems the owners are fine with leaving their investment in the hands of a few minimum wage employees. Good for them.

I live 3 blocks away so I go here more often then I should because everytime I come no matter if its 12pm or 9pm I always have to wait at least 10 mins for even the most simplest things like a double cheesburger with fries. And everytime I get fries, the fries are tough. Idk if its their oil that they cook in, even when I ask for fresh fries they still have a hard(not so soft/fresh) feel to them. Whacha expect when u come to a fastfood place with workers who dont wana be there.

The staff was so rude I just went in there for an ice scream and they made me wait forever then to top it off the ice scream looked all messed up. If you’re going to do your job at least do it right. –_–

I am usually lenient on fast food chains especially McDonald’s because I just don’t expect too much. However, this McDonald’s greatly disappointed me even when I had no high expectations. I had ordered four drinks for my co-workers and was in a rush to head back to the office. While I was waiting for my four iced caramel mocha drinks, I was disgusted by what I saw. There was a couple of cup lids that have fallen out on the countertop and instead of disposing these lids that have been out for a while, the cleaning lady just inserted them back in the dispenser with her bare hands. As a janitor she should’ve at least had gloves on. I am concluding that the bare hands she works for janitorial purposes was also used to place unsanitary lids back in the dispenser. After about 10 min, my drinks had finally come out… But they came out as hot. When I told them that I ordered iced, they did take it back without a complaint. About three employees were crowding around the one mocha machine trying to fulfill my order. They were all struggling to figure out how to make the drinks. I saw four cups completely filled with milk. One of the female employees started giggling; I’m assuming she was giggling because even she knew it was ridiculous that these drinks were completely filled with milk. This was another 15 minute process. When she finally brought it to me, I saw the whitest iced caramel mocha. I asked to make sure if this was the caramel mocha. She assured me it was. When I finally arrived at the office and had my first sip, I was very annoyed. All I tasted was milk with a slight taste of coffee. There was no flavor of caramel whatsoever. In conclusion, don’t come here. They will waste your time on simple orders that they can’t even properly fulfill. They are unsanitary and disorganized.

What a dirty mess! The dining room was a disaster at 4pm in the afternoon. Not even peak time. Typical McDonalds food but I won’t be back as if the front of the house is a pig pen, I can’t imagine the back of the house is any better!

Absolutely horrible! Worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to by far. Place was slow having not even a drive thru it still took 25 minutes to get my order. A simple order! I will never come back here again! This Mc Donald’s should be ashamed of the others!

Best looking McDonald’s dining area I’ve ever seen. Modern furnishings. Quick service. BUT… Dining room smelled of vomit. High number of indigents hanging around. I don’t know if it’s related. Filthy tables. Cold fries even though we dined-in and ate immediately. Trash on the front counter where you place your order. Overflowing trash outside the restaurant. Not their fault, but gross Skateboarders performing precarious tricks oblivious to passing pedestrians. Horrible experience.

I’ve been here about 3 dozen times because I live a block away. Every time I come I have an issue. They are slow. They screw up the order. I could run that show for half the cost. I only order pie here bc that’s the only thing they get quickly and they can’t mess it up bc its pre packaged.

So I was at a Mc. Donald’s and I looked down at my Mc Flurry and I noriced that it didn’t have enough oreo toppings in it. So I asked the lady if she could add a bit more. She hands it back to me and I see that she just added ice-cream, and my cousin’s mcflurry had a lot f cookies and mine didn’t have almost nothing. I went back and explained to her what had happened. Then I turn around and she’s back with the manager. Im like«Why is he here?» We hust left. She sucks as a manager.

I wanted to grab breakfast one morning before work since it’s just across the street, but the restaurant was filled with homeless people! It’s like their hangout spot… I waited a lot longer than I needed to just to order. If they didn’t have bums loitering around, maybe would have added one more star. The staff is not the problem, they look like they actually have to deal with a lot if problematic people. They should focus on making the place a little pleasant for their guest. No one wants to eat their burger while having to endure the smell if urine lingering off a homeless person.
