The line is always long and the wait is worse. After all of that your order is wrong and food is cold.

See here’s the thing… I have been frequenting this location since I was a teenager. I can still remember the old layout regardless of the rebuilding of this business. This location has come a long way and I see the improvements all around. The only reason why it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because even with all things considered the employees on the line have a tendency to not wear gloves. (smh) Yes, I’m the hypochondriac that fears that my sandwich will include a little palm sweat or finger nail grit. To be able to see your food being made is both a blessing and a curse. There is however a gentleman who may be of Philippine descent, who never fails me. He is so courteous, acknowledges everyone AND smiles at the same time!!! Customer service Jedi, I know lol. I’ve noticed his shirt has changed into a supervisory position. When there are two checkered shirts, I’ve noticed the lack of gloves. But, when he has the reins I feel that I can eat my sandwich comfortably. When I complained about it in the past he was on it in an effort to fix it before my food was made. Now, the evening shift bae bae!!! It truly depends on the crew.

Some of the most rudest folks here. Yo if you don’t want to work, stay home don’t greet the public with attitude because you work the graveyard shift.
Then again, I was on Manchester in LA. Smh. Damn shame

New and very clean in the middle of nowhere. The best part is the service. The male cashier today is been patient, gentle and didn t get upset or had any negative attitude while busy. Great multitask person!!!

Officially the best Mcdonalds I’ve been to in a while! They were fast, courteous and got my special order correct. Out of all of the Mcdonalds in the area I’d drive a little further to come to this one. Great step of improvement and customer satisfaction!

This McDonald’s is a large improvement from the old one which was pretty dark and old along with the bullet proof glass that used to be in front of ordering table. The place itself made the intersection a nice place from perspective. One thing I would say is what ever happened to the tv that was in the corner when it was first opened and they tend to lock the entrance facing manchester around 6pm for whatever reason.

This mcdonalds has gotten my order wrong so many times, if you go through the drive thru, make sure to take a few extra seconds to check your order at the window.

Went to the grand opening of the new mickydees it was a great event for the community a real showing of all the officers and community leaders to present such a cool place for the kids to play use the wifi service and to have a great cup of Coffey

My coffee was tasty. The line was long and it seemed to take forever. Otherwise, service was mediocre.

Fried chicken across the street makes this place get less foot traffic.
Doesn’t stop the massive hordes of fatty’s coming in and out though.
This place is no good, and not bad either. I just hate McDonald’s and what they’ve done to our society to clog our arteries.
