McDonald’s

I ate at this McDonald’s yesterday. The service was extremely slow even though there were only 3 customers ahead of me and 2 behind me. My food took about 15 minutes. Not fast or convenient at all for a fast food restaurant. However, the food was hot, fresh, and of course inexpensive and this McDonald’s is probably the cleanest one I’ve ever seen.

5-​minutes and haven’t moved at all. Can they be any slower? Is it possible? Then after I’ve paid they aren’t sure what I ordered??? Is this place for real?

Come one come all and get your pal a mcgriddle at midnight! Believe me I’ve looked around and this is the only place that sells them this late. Save yourself some time and just come here for that maple syrup filled breakfast treat you love so much

Avoid this location at all times… Food always comes out barely wrapped, usually forgets a burger or a portion of fries. Food is usually like warm to cold.
The service is horrendous… Unless you hablo español gwey.
Make sure to ask for napkins and other condiments,
Make sure your whole order was given,
Make sure you get a receipt and confirm the total, before you leave.
Because when you go back, they be like, yo no se nada

If I could give negative stars, I would. I waited 31 minutes to get a sausage mc muffin and fries on Sunday between 11 – 11:30am. Adriano was supposedly calling out orders but was just leaning on the counter giving a glum look. There were at least 10 sitting on the counter at any given moment and when I asked him to call the numbers again he said, «it’s not my problem these f*cking people don’t understand English.» Wow, if I hadn’t needed those fries for a prop I would have demanded my money back and stormed out. It would have been terrible to hear that from another customer but an employee is completely unacceptable and he should be terminated. Oh, yeah, and it was HALF AN HOUR, ten is too long!

Poorly run location. Not a McDonald’s hater but if you’re in the mood go to one of the other local options.

Everyone’s so picky. Guys. It’s a McDonald’s.
I came here at 7:30 pm in my pajamas and got some of their all-​day breakfast, which was a blessing. There was good parking, and they accidentally gave us two free drink cups. They got warm cookies, too.

Bad bad bad all around! Worst f^€king mc d on earth. The staff consist of a bunch of half a$$ trained idiots. They should shut this McDonald’s down permanently; I feel embarrassed for the pioneers of this company… This specific mc d is a disgrace to the history and legend of the Golden Arches… Close it down now! Forever! No stars!

Talk about taking the FAST out of fast food. I’ve literally waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and still waiting. If you want quick service like myself, avoid this Mickey D’s. Instead go to taco bell or next door burger king.

NO ICE CREAM !!! What the hell is wrong with them?

Don’t waste your time going to this McDonald’s. I showed up and not one but 3 employees just looked at me and walked away. One of them even went up to the register did something and walked away. I finally ordered my food but decided after 10 minutes to get my money back. Good thing I did that because as I was getting my money back my order came up I checked the food the fries were burnt and I didn’t even want to check the Big Mac so I just left the food there.

It’s been going downhill.
A few weeks ago our order included a happy meal (with apple juice and apple slices) and coffee. The guy (maybe he was new) somehow put the coffee with the happy meal resulting in a drink upcharge and then charged for a juice box.
This week we were told to park our front and wait for our food. Didn’t realize until later that they forgot the cheese burger.
At least they usually get my cheeseburger happy meal with no meat correct.

I come to this McDonalds all the time, as I live 2 blocks away. My order is always correct and received fairly quickly. I’ve never experienced these horrible employees all the other Unilocalers are reviewing. Everyone who has ever taken my order here has been kind. This place always serves hot & fresh fries. I’m not even a huge fan of Mickey D’s fries, but I always get them here. Probs one of the best McDonalds I’ve been to.

Worst mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Not worth explaining everything. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Enough said.

I threw a screaming fit here after being served one ice cream cone after the guy behind me who had ordered two extra value meals and being told with a poker face that chinkies need not apply. If any one of those were different (i.e. I was behind the guy who was served first or I had put in a considerably larger order or I wasn’t told chinkies need not apply), this review might have gone a little differently. I got a free cone and it shut me up during my visit, but my experience will not be left untold. Thank you, Unilocal.Amen.

Well let’s start out with the fact that i love mcdonalds. Because I do. I try not to eat it all the time, but when I want some fast-food…it’s mcdonalds time for sure. And I have to give it to this particular location. Because I’ve been many times over the years. Late at night, middle of the day… lunch rush… dinner rush… many different times of day. And let me tell you, their fries, are always Perfect. They’re perfect every time. They’re hot, fresh, and crispy. Not wet old soggy fries that you’ll get at many other locations. And I think arguably, the fries are the most important part of the mcdonalds meal. So whatever these guys are doing, they’re doing it right.

The WORST McD’s everrrr. Seriously, how bad can McD’s be? You’d think they’d pretty much all be, more or less, the same. 2^nd time receiving BURNT (ok maybe not burnt, but OVERLY brown/​crispy) chicken mc nuggets. Also, each time I ask for HOT mustard they give me honey mustard! Never coming back to this location again.

I was standing in the line waited long minutes already and all of sudden the cashier closed the cash register and went back and about 3 or 4 min later the cashier named Rosa H opened the next register and asked the person behind me although she saw me standing in the line and I said «I am in the line here» and then she said «What do you want!» I was dumbfounded by her obnoxious attitude and she said again «Mr! what do you want!!!» I became speechless and she left the spot and never came back and there was no other cashier left all the customers in a long long line.
I spoke with manager named Maria and she heard the story and didn’t say a word such as an apology and went back to work and I said «Ok I will report this matter» and she said «Go Ahead!» in my back.
It was 9am on Monday, extremely bad experience I’ve had in a long time at the fast food restaurant. McDonald’s has bad reputation regarding terrible service toward their customers and they gave me one today.
DON’T GO TO THIS McDonald’s, THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL!

This place sucks. If I could give negative I would. I mean. Their service is a –37 ⁹⁷⁵⁄₁₀₀. Ordered a vanilla cone also and it was hardly over the top of the cone. Worst place ever, do not recommend.
