McDonald’s

Dirty, dirty restroom, dirty tables, floors, etc. The cashier Jessica has tattoos and piercings everywhere which are fine and all but she touched one of her piercings and then her cell was hanging out of her back pocket, altogether, bad impression. The food was good though!

This is the worst McDonald’s in the world. I ordered that new chicken grilled that you pick your own Bun, either chicken or beef, grill chicken or roasted chicken, I picked to grill chicken, along with fries and a large Diet Coke. The chicken was half cooked, and the fries were not all the way cooked. I threw the whole thing and trash except, Diet Coke. I do not recommend no way to go to this McDonald’s. At those prices they should do 100% better. I wish I can give them a fourth of a star.

Worst McDonald’s ever. While I was ordering two people were laughing on the intercom. Then one person started speaking then someone else started speaking over them. Then there was a long pause saying did that complete your order like really? Totally unprofessional no it did not complete my order but I refused to order anything else. It sucks that such a huge corporation that makes billions of dollars a day cannot hire the proper people to work in their establishment properly. Shame.

Worse Fucking Mc Donald’s ever! I waited 15mins for a double Hamburger and small fries. A waste of my time and Money. Of course they Fucked up My order! Just ketchup and onions No cheese! Fucking Really?!! And you want to raise minimum wage nd you get even make the Food Right? Never coming back! I can’t put Negative Stars. It made me put 1 star.

review 1: Why is my order always wrong and why does it take forever? Why are my fries cold when I receive them? Aside from staff being (or acting) nice, the incompetence runs deep! Probably to a corporate level, but the service you get here will validate people’s opposition to higher minimum wage in Los Angeles. If you can’t get my order right after you took exceptionally long to process it, what the heck are you going to do with more money??? I have been going to this mcdonalds my entire life (I will be 23 in a week) and have seen over time the service and aesthetic changes that has been made to it. I am so sad to see that it is a terribly serviced McDonalds in my location in opposed to something that could add value to the neighborhood. I used to love coming here before I ventured past my hometown and learned what QUALITY was. I was indeed impressed by the aesthetic changes that were made while I was away in college. Especially because at the time I had no WIFI when i’d come to visit and thought that since this location is literally just doors away from home I would find it comforting and helpful. PSYKE! Hope you like disappointment! I don’t even think that there are power outlets there for laptops and such. Perhaps this was mean, but for the love of God, WHY?!!
review 2: I recommend that NO ONE ever go to this location. This is STILL the worst McDonald’s. All I wanted was one Mocha. I had to repeat the order SEVERAL times but I tried to be understanding because this location is on Century where airplanes are near landing (but there were no airplanes, I am just trying to give the benefit of the doubt). I asked the price of a Large but the rep just left me hanging with a SMALL. The drive thru took an exceptionally long time AGAIN which might be justified because there was an SUV ahead of me and perhaps they ordered for quite a few, whatever. But the icing on the cake– She gave me my change (which should have been bills) in CHANGE. Change that they probably don’t want to have to deal with such as half dollars and coin dollars. I was going to ask for bills but she left quickly and avoided eye contact. Whomever this was, I hate you and hope that you never advance in any career and are doomed to be hated at this McDonalds location by many customers to come. Well, maybe that’s harsh but I am sick of horrible service ruining the potential of this location.

Been waiting in fucking drive through for 30 minutes smh I don’t support yall getting paid 15 $ for shit!

Given the area and surrounding businesses, I was pleasantly surprised by the new clean feel this McDonalds gave off. Staff was friendly. Otherwise it’s your typical McDonalds.

Been going here since 2001, when they used to have the the dirty kid’s play place. After they design the old place, it looks more cluttered and dark. I honestly prefer the old design. Food overall is typical like every McDonalds.

Why am I still sitting in your drive thru for almost 30 friggin minutes! Pshhh, and yall want $ 15/​hour?

There wad One unorganized line for a thousands of people. Never no one at the counter to take the orders. This is lunch time it suppose to be someone to take the order not all employees in the back fixing food. I just wanted a simple cheeseburger, frie and soda. Guess what that’s not on menu. You have to ask for that. The food was ok

This place is always pack with teenage loud mouth kids coming from the park across the street. They always screwed your order. Their costumer service is horrible. The bread is usually hard. they did made some improvement on the restaurant which looks nice. the Drive-​Thru is extremely slow.

They remolded everything is new and shiny… hope the service has improved.

NASTY! Don’t go there! It was so gross when I was waiting in the drive-​thru line today. I saw man him emptying his self in the parking lot next to the drive thru. I even had to call them and they’re like we’re sorry. But that’s gross and I’m never going to McDonald’s again. Also I think maybe someone might’ve been selling narcotics etc. in the parking lot as well. It all looked suspect.

Has a salad, it was whatever. Service was whatever. This McDonald’s is whatever.

Man this McDonalds is the best spot this side of the hood!
Yeah maybe they screw up an order now and then, but what do you expect from kids at their first job attending Washington down the block?
I’ve always had cool service here. I always prefer the drive thru since going inside to dine can be a little nasty sometimes (homeless crackheads etc)
Other than that, all you fat ass parents need to stop bringing your obese ass kids here. Take em to the damn park across the street!

I have to agree with my mom. WORST MC DONALDS EVER. fries barely salted. broken ice machines. cold chicken mc nuggets. mc heartburn. mc headache. mc never want to eat this crappy food again.
