Very first visit. I came in for a new set. This place is huge and they didn’t have a bunch of customers waiting. Was that the first sign? Hmmmm… Service was started with the woman wearing brown glasses at the first station near the second back door and bathroom. Some of my acrylic powder was shaped in a half moon; others were straight across on both hands. I asked her 3 times to fix it with the liquid. Instead she added more acrylic while complaining to her coworker in Vietnamese about me asking for«half moon» and it still wasn’t right. I thanked her for her time and asked Andy(bless his heart) to fix what she couldn’t. I only approached him because I overheard his exchange with his last customer and he seemed to be knowledgeable. He tried but… they’re still not right. I have excess acrylic on my fingers, cuticles and fingertips. Some of the acrylic powder is half mooned shaped and some of them are still straight. So he didn’t really fix anything. He kept snatching my fingers in awkward positions and readjusting the nail file(like he has a nervous tic) and then he’d do it again. My nails have lumpy ridges on the right hand where he applied too much, making them thick and I hate that. Let’s be clear — I’m not asking for unrealistic perfection. Just good work and you won’t find that here. I asked a couple of long time customers if they were happy with the service and they ALL said the same thing — You have to stay on them to make sure they’re doing a good job and that they don’t rush and do sloppy work. I’m not interested in being a nail tech coach — I don’t have the time. Either you’re good at what you do or you aren’t. If you’re lucky enough to have an established relationship with a tech who works here, that’s great. But new customers should keep looking. There are too many nail shops in L.A. to put up with sub par work. I didn’t stay for the top coat, I just wanted to leave so I could fix them myself. I paid full price($ 28 + .99ATM fee + $ 2.00 tip = rip off and not worth the price at all). I’m never coming back. Not ever. Shitty work. Shitty selection of polish. Just shitty all around. If like shitty nails, then I guess this is the place for you, but if you want really good work, spend your money elsewhere.

Avoid this place at all costs. You get what you paid for. I don’t remember the ladies name who did my nails but I’ve gone twice and have had 2 different ladies do my pedi and mani and let me tell you.1st time, they tricked me into getting gel nails. They post that it’s 10 $ but they don’t tell you additionally 7 for manicure. So it was a surprise to me to pay 17 but I had to pay. Job was done. Second time I went back(and really because I was on a budget) the second lady hurt me twice. Both on my pedicure and manicure. If you want a quality just upgrade and pay a little more somewhere else. This place is seriously the worst.

Don’t come here. They are always rushing everything!!! The manager(the guy) couldn’t achieve the nails I wanted for prom and I told him it’s okay just do a French tip then. But he ignored my request and still keep trying. I hated my nails so much. Then I come back a second time and I was stuck with him doing MYEYEBROWS. OMG he did them in 2 mins no joke. Thank God they aren’t to bad but not worth my $ 7!!!

I went for the first time and Michlle did a poor job. I told her she left to much skin about my nails and it needed to be removed but she cleaned it a little and continued. It still looked the same. I wanted a refund and the manager said he will so my nails and I need to wait 15min so he could he. What kind of place is this? Im never coming back here and I definetly do not want the manager to do my nails because I want my refund so I can leave. The maager ended up doing my nails and it looked better. Nany, did my toes and she does a great job, people who came in requested her and she is sweet.

This place is WACK! Don’t come here they just try to rush what their doing. I hadn’t came here for about 3 years, and decided to stop by on my way home from work to get a manicure and pedicure. The lady that did my mani and pedi put really thick coats of nail polish and didn’t even coat the entire nail in polish. I ended up with the second coat being a different color because she didn’t coat the my nails evenly in polish.

Warning if you wanna get the UV nail gel go somewhere else. My sister tried to get the gel treatment and the polish kept melting off. I doubt ppl come here and get that type of service anyways since they were all confused on what to do. They can hook you up with the most elaborate of designs ft. leopard print flowers with an Hawaiian backdrop. Yes shit gets complicated here.

They are okay. Still in love with my SD shop. The paint job here chipped by day 3 so not a fan but it was better than the others I’ve been to so thats a plus as I’ve been to quite a few. Oh Diane. how I miss thee.

This use to be my spot. I have fallen out of love with this place. The quality is no good anymore just rushed jobs. I gave them a second and third chance to redeem themselves. I’m gone forever.
