Maestro Bakery & Café

I was searching on Unilocal for bagel cafes and this place popped up. When we got here, we were disappointed. They didn’t have any bagels and they didn’t have much of a selection of baked goods in general. Not impressed

Went here with boyfriend about 2 weeks ago and waited for like 5 mins. Heard people in the back and tried to get their attention but just ended up awkwardly walking out. We were there during normal business hours, but it felt like it wasn’t actually open anymore. Weird… We live walking distance so maybe we’ll try again someday…

Very nice place, good quality and reasonable prices. I love their lahmajoons. If you are close check them out.

I just ordered one item, so this review is based off of the cheese Danish I bought. Probably the worst cheese Danish I’ve ever had. It left me confused… It somehow was bland. Maybe their sweets are better? But I wouldn’t order this again.

I was told this place makes great cakes and to my disappointment that’s not true. I ordered a cake for my mothers birthday.
I was not happy with the results. I’m not sure about going here.

I ate here with my mother after we went to a workout. I had seen it a couple of times and it looked cute so we decided to try it. The lady working there was polite although it didn’t seem like she knew much English. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The women seemed confused so I told her what I wanted again and even showed her it on the menu! My mother and I sat down and she brought us some water in what looked like a dirty glass! Then after a long time of waiting, she brought out a tortilla with greasy bacon and some sort of cheese. I was appalled! How could she not know what a bagel was? And she couldn’t have misheard me because I pointed to it on the menu! I didn’t want to stay in that shop any longer, so I just payed her the $ 2.30, and left. I don’t know what was up with that women, but you have to know what a bagel is to work at a bakery. I don’t recommend this place!

WOW! This place has by far the best lahmajoons i have ever tasted. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE is also what drives me to come in every weekend and buy a dozen. This family owned business is the absolute best bakery I have walked into thus far. No doubt the best in the valley.

I got 30 pcs of the veggie lahmebjine the kids devoured it. So yummmm n fresh thank girls you guys are the best. I did my friends bday there. Wow best cake we ever had.

DO NOT COME HERE. This woman ruined a birthday cake for my brother.
My sister-​in-​law planned a surprise birthday for my brother and so she came here to order the cake. We asked for the Superman logo to be put on the cake. We asked the baker multiple times if she wanted to see a copy of the logo and she repeatedly said no, she knew what the SUPERMAN logo looked like (I mean who doesn’t?).
We trusted the baker with this cake since she was really friendly and built great rapport with us. My mother had no idea about what design was asked for and she went to pick up the cake on the day of the surprise. She brought it home and we found an S drawn on the cake. Are you kidding me? We had no time to order a different cake so to cover up the ugly, we had ordered chocolate covered strawberries and just placed those over the ugly «logo.»
Why didn’t we call and try to get our money back?
Oh we did. We called MULTIPLE times for several days, seeing if there was any miscommunication (pretty sure there wasn’t). Oh we left messages too. NEVER heard back from here.
Honestly, this place just opened up and a word of advice to people, don’t come here. Credibility is everything for a new business, and they showed us they have NONE. And it’s disappointing.

This place is so cute! There’s plenty of tables to sit and have a coffee with friends or study. It’s nice and quiet and very cozy.
The workers are super sweet! They’re very helpful in answering questions and even offered me samples of their different delicious pastries. I definitely recommend this place!

The staff is really sweet, much like the desserts. The Napolean is absolutely amazing. Light and crisp. The chocolate cake rolled in almost is also very good. I would definitely recommend this new business!

Besides the fact that the place is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and has a calm atmosphere, they also serve amazing pastries and sandwiches and smoothies.
What I love most about this place is how the food never tastes old and the customer service is a ¹⁰⁄₁₀.
If any of you are in the area, you have to stop by.
Everything is so delicious and healthy that you won’t even feel guilty about eating sweets!

charming café with RUSSIAN SNACKS AND BEVERAGES, COOKIES AND BAKERY ITEMS, COFFEE DRINKS, and a «roaring fire» in one of those ANIMATED FIREPLACES.
just came to check it out and get something to quench my thirst. i saw some bottled drinks in the cold case, whose labels i couldn’t read. the older woman behind the counter told me to bring them to her so she could explain them to me.
they were sparkling fruit drinks. one had no picture of fruit. i asked what it was and she peculiarly looked me in the eye and said she would let me try it. where am i, WHOLE FOODS?
it tasted something like COLA, but she couldn’t explain it exactly. i now see it has SIBERIAN GINSENG AND BLACK TEA EXTRACTS, CARDAMOM, EUCALYPTUS, AND LEMON OILS.
i will be back.

Excellent quality baked goods served up by caring and experienced chefs.

I’ll definitely go back again and try different pastries. It is a mom and pop bakery. The red velvet was good. The layered brown pastry was even better. It had an underlying coffee flavor that wasn’t too sweet.
Okay, I went back. The name of the brown layered cake is the Honey Cake. Delicious!!! I bought eight. I shared with my family, but I didn’t want too.

I love this bakery! They just opened up near my house. The little cakes are sooo good! Favorite new bakery now.
