Mario did an incredible job fixing and modifying the cooler in our wine cellar where several other technicians had failed before him. His willingness to keep at the problem and find creative solutions as well as to work odd hours went above and beyond. We highly recommend this company!

Sad sad service. Run for your life !!
They kept me waiting at my house on a Friday night. They finally showed up and were nice, and said that I should order a new cooling unit. Great — let’s order it. A week went by and no info. on the new unit, so I called. No response. Then I called again and the message said you can also text… so I texted my request again — still nothing. I called again, left a kind message — nothing. After 3 weeks of trying to use their services I wrote an email asking why they won’t return my calls etc. and they nicely apologized and said ’ tell me the person’s name helping you and we’ll have them get in touch with you’. So circle after circle. Indeed, the guy who came was nice as was the office worker — but nice doesn’t fix my cooler so I’m sitting here with warm wine. Totally Uncaring !

We’ve used a lot of service professionals over the years and Mario ranks among the very best. We had a major accumulation of water in our split wine cooling system. One service couldn’t identify the problem and another was going to take 5 days to be able to send someone. Mario came the same day as the call and was quick and precise with his diagnosis and fix. A professional. If you need wine cooler service or installation, I give me highest recommendation to M & M.
