Nick is truly a technological guru. He helped establish a reliable internet connection in a house where we really could not seem to get it to work after investing in a bunch of different modems and routers– and on top of it, he did it for cheaper than we expected. He is very knowledgeable about many different technologies and if there is something he hasn’t worked with before, it only takes him a minute to figure it out and fix it. Really an excellent service and awesome guy. Would totally recommend to anyone who needs an IT or help setting up any sort of system.

Nick knows how to do business; quickly gets back to you, very sensitive to your needs and he makes tech changes and upgrades painless. Very knowledgable in multiple fields, and if it’s a software issue he can
sometimes work remotely and trouble shoot instantly. Worth having him on retainer… stop googling DIY tech fix tutorials, just let Nick handle it so you can get back to life.

I was having major issues with my MacBook running very slow and freezing. Nick from Lynchipin worked his magic and now it’s running like a new machine again! Also, his prices are very affordable and he is very accommodating! I will be using his service from now on!

I was having issues with my businesses network connection, I have multiple computers set up to a network and am not very savvy when it comes to how to properly connect it. I contacted LTC and spoke to Nick, whose a super knowledgable guy and was friendly from the moment he picked up his phone. He gave me a breakdown of how he would resolve the issues I was having and was concise and clear. He set up an appointment to come to my store/​office and got started right away. He is affable and very personable.
It took him a few minutes to check all the connections and properly asses what needs to be done. At that point he gave me a very reasonable quote and got started right away. There was absolutely no wait time, he got right to it and fixed the issue within an hour! It was absolutely a treat to deal with Nick and I’m very happy that I chose to go with LTC. His prices are beyond reasonable and he has provided me with fantastic customer service since! Any and every time I have an issue, I contact Nick and he responds immediately.
With service like this, I stress to anyone who needs IT help to give this company a shot as you will not regret it. With the market flooded with individuals who need immediate assistance with computer related issues, LTC is there for you right away. When you need immediate help, they are there to lend a hand. I’m very impressed with the service I received and am now a life long subscriber and customer. Five plus stars indeed!

Nick is amazing! He literally has saved my life several times! Extremely professional, he anticipates my needs and has created the most efficient set up for my business. I don’t often take the time to write a review but in this case it is absolutely necessary. Nick is so beyond anyone else I’ve ever had help me with I.T. issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and explains things in a way I can understand. He is punctual and respectful of our time. No matter what the issue is, he figures out a way to solve it. Amazing. If there were more than 5 stars I would give it.
