****Do Not Go to this Flower store***My friend sent my flowers for my birthday which were delivered a day and a half late and arrived dying. I was so shocked to get them that I didn’t pay much attention to the flowers. I already have rose petals falling off roses the next day. I sent an email and called and spoke to guy who was very unprofessional and didn’t really care I got dead flowers. He asked for my name and phone number and that was it. The excuse that my flowers arrived late was that the driver got in an accident. What a horrible flower store.

This location is unprofessional and every time you call unless placing a new order or spending money no one knows how to help you and the person that they direct you to this so called manager by the name of Carlos doesn’t understand anything you say. This place is horrible and I rather pick flowers from off the street and deliver them myself.
