12÷26÷15 I’m not one to write reviews. However someone needs to stop people who do not know what their doing. I went in for a simple refill over– layer on my natural nails, gel Pedi cure. I left with tears on my eyes trying to be nice about the entire HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I remember going to this nail salon when mom, father and daughter were working there. Which the 3 of them did a GREAT JOB. but now I won’t give a SINGLE PENNY. NOT WORTh the $ 46 for a horrible horrible job. He ruined my natural shape of my nails. The nails are not even they look horrible. U have to find a new place to get them fixed. My pedicure looks like a 3 yrs old did it. I’m just very sad .attn: dear owner please make sure you hire people who know what their doing. People pay to have their hands and feet looking nice. Not to have a horrible result. Be considerate of other people.

I just started getting my eyebrows waxed and went in cuz my sister got hers done at Lux and I really liked them. They did a great job on mine ! I will def keep coming back

I come to Luxe every two weeks to see Annie for my eyebrows. Shes always sweet and she takes care of me and anyone else I refer or bring along.
Before going to Annie I was getting my eyebrows threaded because I thought it was better… until I did my research and decided that waxing is the way to go.
My eyebrows were a mess and thin then Annie transformed my brows and everyone has noticed.
Never will I trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Annie is the best and I will faithfully go see her every two-​three weeks. I recommend her to everyone.

Annie is great! She really takes her time and is extremely gentle. I came in today because I live in the area and desperately needed a pedicure. I’m so glad to have stopped in. I think I found my «Nail Lady». My toes feel amazing.

Annie is truly the best, she’s been doing my eyebrows for years and I have followed her to all the salons she’s been at. She really takes her time to make sure your eyebrows are perfect, no matter how busy the store may be. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never been disappointed with my waxing or any other services at this place. You won’t be disappointed!

I only come here for Annie she does an amazing job of doing my eyebrows I followed her here from the l other salon I do not let anybody else do my eyebrows just her she’s amazing !!

Glad I found this place. Annie does excellent work! My nails look Great! Place is clean and the employees are nice. I was pleasantly surprised when Annie potiely let me know that she had to speak her other language to one of her Co workers that didn’t speak English. I recommend «Luxe Nail Lounge «to anyone who is looking for pretty nails and toes!

I am so disappointed. I was really excited about coming here. The man who did my nails did such a bad job i’m actually sad. They’re too thick and my nails dont match in shape on some nails. Pictures posted* My hands were cut multiple times and I was told one time it was a hang nail! as i was bleeding down. my hands are still very sore. and I am very unhappy/

Love this place. Always very clean and quiet. Ladies here are super nice especially Annie! If you need a good spot to get your eyebrows done this is the place to go and make sure to ask for Annie!

This place is by far the worst nail place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I was never asked what shape I wanted my nails and somehow ended up with this uneven round shape. The lady then continued to paint my finger and the palm my hand ?? How do you miss a nail by so much. I came with 2 of my cousins and the nail place was completely empty but one of my cousins nails were never started and 2 people walked in after my cousin was already waiting for at least 20 min and staff went on to help them. My nail design was terrible, I told a man who was working there that it was smudged and he said ask her not me and he walked out with an attitude. The design was smudged and I had to ask her to redo it twice before I just told her to paint my entire nail white and never did I get a refund for the design I was charged for. Throughout this whole nightmare my cousins and I maintained a happy attitude but that was not what we got in return, the workers proceeded to yell in their language and point at us while we were there and when we left the other customers joined them. This is not a friendly environment and definitely not worth anyone’s money, please save your time! Your undone nails probably look better than mine do right now. If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately Unilocal requires at least one. Please don’t waste your time and stay away from this place and it’s terrible staff.

This place was the worst, they had horrible service, they ruined my nails and made them look like they were already 2 weeks old. To top it off the guy cut my finger and the place was rude when I told them. They then changed the subject followed by a rude look and started talking in a different language while pointing at me .
Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon and they can not do a full set correctly, according to one of the lady’s that works their some of them do not know how to do a acrylic set, I thought you have to be certified in order to work at a nail salon, at least they should be if their going to be doing nails. Sad to say that I will never recommend this place to others, worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon I should have asked for my money back worst $ 25 I ever spent.

I am very disappointed in the experience I previously had at Lux. I went to Lux less then 2 weeks ago and overall I had a really good time. I met the owner she is very kind and very passionate about her business. Sadly, I have to return the next day for a broken nail. I had gotten a fill the day before and for some reason my nail came off that same night. They fixed my nail free of charge, which was really nice considering I had gotten a fill.
Anyway, I decided to take advantage of a promotion they have going on the next time I went in:
20% nail service between 11 am — 4 pm
I arrived at 3:45ish with a friend. I asked if I qualified for the 20% off just to be sure and the man working at the time said yes. I wanted to be sure so I asked the kind lady that was doing my toes and she said yes as well. I was such a happy camper. Mani pedi for $ 21. I felt like I hit the jackpot!
Moving on… for some strange reason the experience began to shift to a bad direction. The lady that did my nail took her time, but towards the end began to rush and got polish all around my nail. When I asked if she could fix it she gave me a big sigh and began talking in a different language.
While this was going on my friend was still waiting to be helped… yes she was still waiting 1 hour later. Randomly this lady comes in and begans to work on her. By that time I am already done… with my nails dry. I stepped out to grab a drink from a near by store and during my little outing I receive a text message from my friend… she was done!
Amazed I went back to get her and to pay, the lady that randomly came in said 26 each… I kindly reminded her about the 20% off and she said «No you came after». I nervously looked at the lady that I orginally asked and she said «your nails took to long».
After talking to them and going back and forth they honored the 20% off but gave us the nastist looks, I felt like what ever they were saying in their language was about me…
Lux is very close to my place and it is unfortunate that I can not make it my regular go to nail shop.

This Salon is awesome!!! Super CLEAN, modern and cute. The staff is amazing. Everyone is really sweet and they focus only on their customers no gossiping with each other. Every visit I’m always catered to along with any other customers. All customers get 5 star customer service. The Owner, She’s fabulous. So sweet and humble and full of energy. I can’t say enough about this Nail Lounge. I Highly recommend this nail salon.

Love this place. Its under new management, love the new renovation. Best part its open late. Definitely coming back.

Extremely happy with all the service here at Luxe. They were all very polite and friendly. Annie started to prep my nails & She made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted my nails to look like so she could tell Tommie who was going to be doing my full set. Being that I am soooo picky with my nails & I’ve only been going to one nail salon for years I was hesitate to try a new place so that being said Tommie definitely got the shape, length, thickness and design on point! Did I mention they pretty much have the whole Essie collection to choose from! This salon is super clean looking, trendy, but not too much! They do a great job and make sure that you are happy w/​everything before you leave. I love how they are open late too. So convenient for after work. Definitely going back in two weeks for my fill!

Love the new renovations! Only nail salon open late in the valley & will even stay later past store hours if you call ahead. Definitely recommended!
