Luna Party Rentals and Special Events Decor

Luna is a great local party rental company. I’ve worked with Sandra at the company on many occasions, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are pleased with our order, and that everything is added in.
Luna has many options, and flexible to work within your budget. Their staff is helpful by giving their opinions on what might be the best option for our needs, and never try to upsell you.
The guys that come to set up the events always show up on time and follow direction well. They are pros at what they do!
I would (and have) recommended Luna to many of my friends and past co-​workers. And when I FINALLY get married, I will most definitely be using Luna for all my reception needs :)

I normally only go on Unilocal to look up places to eat or check out reviews but in this case I felt the need to write a review because I do not believe in false advertisement. If you’re looking for white seamless dance floors do not go here. They offer a seamed dance floor and advertise it as seamless. I rented their white dance floors for our wedding. If I knew we were getting the floors with seams we could have saved $ 250 by going elsewhere. Another company quoted is 750 $ for seamed floor and 1100 for seamless. I saved 100 $ by going with this company but did not get the seamless dance floor that I thought I was suppose to get. Sure we understand that the dance floors do have to be pieced together in sections and there will be lines shown to divide the squares but in order to make it seamless it is to my understanding that they mask it with some sort of tape in order to make it look flush and one piece. After all, how can you call something seamless if you can see the seams? What makes this floor that clearly has seams seamless? Why call it a seamless floor and not just a regular «white dance floor.»
In all honesty some sort of compensation would have sufficed for not receiving the right product as advertised but they refused to provide that and refused to acknowledge their dance floors were not seamless. A more logical answer would have been they forgot to mask the seams. Instead they focused on «we gave you a good price for a seamless dance floor.» This would have been true if we received a seamless floor so no you did not. «We have been selling this product for many years without complaint.» Maybe but that might be because they just ordered a white dance floor and did not care or know what a seamless one is.
Weddings are expensive and I know nickel and diming seems to be the thing couples want to do but in the end its not worth it. Go with the reputable choice even if you have to pay a bit more.

I rented a bridge, as my wedding venue has a fountain to cross and Luna Party Rentals has a bridge specifically for this fountain. They were responsive to emails and were friendly when I spoke with them over the phone to discuss my needs. I wanted the handles taken off the bridge and although they recommended against it (apparently I’m one of the first ones to ever ask this?), they still did it (after I signed a waiver form, obviously).

Highly recommend them! they were incredible, reliable, accomodating and professional~!
They made a beautiful Chuppah at our wedding.

Terrible quality equipment and worse customer service. I would never recommend this company.

These guys are superstars! We worked with them this past April, they were quick to set things up, and quick to strike. Great customer service, we would definitely work with them again.
