Luis is the best! He quoted me for a fair price to fix my HP Envy 14 computer fan (77 for part and labor) and let me watch the entire process. He stripped down my whole laptop, replaced the fan, and put it back together. Now it has stopped overheating and blue screening. There was only a little bit where we played phone tag while waiting for the part, but I would 10⁄10 recommend again to anyone I know.
