It’s a local business, so I called them when my keys for the backdoor did not work any more. I was quoted about $ 56 for the visit and ‘re-​keying’. When the tech showed up he looked at the situation and gave me a big NO, NO, NO — I have to pick the lock as I don’t have a working key anymore — that’ll be $ 250. He notices my apprehension and then graciously gave me the deal of he century — $ 180. A new lock would have been even more, so grudgingly I agreed, especially as I did not know what’s involved with picking a lock — I guessed it was not quite a quick as in the movies. But when it only took him about ten minutes of picking the lock I was pooped about the money he wanted, and I paid. Shortly after that I realized how much I had been ripped off. I called the company a few times and I was promised a call-​back — but that never came.
So, avoid them at all costs — paying three times the quoted price is nearly criminal.

Do not use these guys. I called them out to unlock my antiques desk since I had lost the skeleton key. They just forced it open, breaking the wood. Then, they wouldn’t leave until I paid them. When I called the office, they never returned my calls. Will have to sue them in small claims court. What a nightmare!
