Walked in at 720pm on a Tuesday night to take advantage of their«hot and ready» deals, their hot boxes were empty. So much for a quick stop on the way home…

Literally the worst customer service ever. Almost never have hot and ready’s, actually READY. And then you always have a way longer wait than what they tell you.

Good, Cheap, & Fast. You can only have 2 of the 3 wherever you go. Caesars is definitely the Cheap & Fast route. When you need a pizza & don’t want to wait the 10 – 15 minutes it takes to make one you go here between 4−8pm and pick up a large cheese or pepperoni for $ 5. Possibly the worst pizza I have ever had, tied with 7-Eleven. The Pizza gets a bit better with the Deep Deep for $ 8 or Deep Deep with Cheese in the crust for $ 10. Detroit style in other words. A change of pace although I continually wonder why I go here. It’s not even the best of the chains. Dominos & PapaJohns both have reasonable cheap deals albeit a tiny bit more.

The bf called In a cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, it was exactly what it sounds like, fatty and delicious, more cheese than I could handle but he seemed to enjoy.

If you need to pick a pizza up quick this is a good place to go but only for emergency pizza needs. They have a problem with call In orders. The pizzas aren’t made or just given to any person. When the pizza isn’t made the staff say«I thought you made it» and when they give away your pizza you get«someone picked it up» I asked with the name— the order was under and I get a blank stare and I can make you another. I explained I didn’t have the time and asked what had for pick up. I was charged for the pizza and she walked away. I did speak to the manager since I thought they should know. She was nice and said she was sorry and would talk to the girl. Not enough service for me to come back. But my son wants that cheese stuffed pizza

Nope. I was reading a few reviews because honestly, I was considering hitting this business with a one star; And only because no stars is not an option. I saw a comment from a girl making excuses for the immaturity that goes on at this location justifying the ignorance in customer serivce from the girls that work here. For me it was one girl in particular, young thin hispanic girl who seems to be annoyed by questions. That was my experience last thursday when the guy in front of me asked how long it would take. She rolled her eyes and replied, quite annoyed I might as well, «10 minutes.» Just the way she relied was so rude and obnoxious that all I could do was laugh and look dumbfounded at her. Like really? Then he asked about another pizza this time, she looked as if he had just spit on her, with such disgust and impatience, So by the time I got to her, she tried to give me an attitude to which I slowed my pace down and smiled quit obnoxiously back at her to make her aware that I was aware of her lack of professionalism. I even went as far as asking the same question twice and literally laughing at her when she tried to pop off. Why you ask? Because SHESGETTINGPAID at least 10 $ an hour being as that is the minimum wage in california! I dont care how young you are, you’re at least 16 and you’re getting paid more than I did when I was your age with obviously more rights as an employee! The Manager and Owner should be ashamed of themselves for allowing bad employees to act as if theyre doing to customer a favor. Just enabling the bad behavior. Yes its 5 $ //9 $ with the average ticket of 13 – 16 for a food. But that is no excuse for the employees to act like little assholes and I am sure someone else actually needs this job. I will still get my pizza here because its cheap, and it is what it is, but I hope the manager or owner sees that they should make a change in bad employees and give an opportunity to someone who would appreciate the work and pay.

Not sure why this location got bad reviews. Free parking in the lot. I went just before the NFC North Division Championship game and it wasn’t packed. I waitied just as long as I did at any other Little Caesar’s. Good price, good pizza — what else could you want for $ 5?

Look, we’re talking about pizza, from a take out place! I’ve come to this location several times, and most of the time, I do have to wait a few minutes, because I don’t call ahead. The place is almost always filled with people. Why? Because it’s quick and cheap pizza! Yes, the employees are young and immature. Why? Because if they had older, more mature employees, the pizza would cost more! It’s always important to feel that you are getting value for your money. So if you don’t see the value in spending 5 bucks for a quick pie, then I guarantee that Caeser’s feeling’s won’t be hurt. Why? Because the line out the door will be short by one person. For cheap pizza, it’s quick, easy, and dang tasty!

This place is terribly understaffed, no management presence, cashier actually prepares food and doesn’t wash hands after touching money, poor planning, no food inventory, looking waiting time. Cashier cannot count change.

NOTETOMANAGEROFTHISLOCATION: Yeah, I used to live in Brooklyn, so I normally wouldn’t deal with the indignity of your pizza. But I wanted to try the pretzel crust pizza. I called in and she said 15 min. I got there, and she didn’t find the pie. Nope, not in the oven either. She conferred with the guy making the pies, and I could infer that someone goofed. She then finished boxing up some other pizzas and said, «I’ll be a few minutes.» I asked, «He didn’t make it yet, did he?» to which she affirmed my suspicion. I left because I didn’t have another 15 min to wait. So, Mr. Manager, teach your peeps to be upfront and honest — I understand shit happens, but she was deceptive. I gave an extra a star because she was pleasant overall.

Not that bad. It’s Little Caesar’s for God’s sake. Cheap and filling. The deep dish isn’t too bad. If you are seeking gourmet pizza, this place will not have your fix, but if you are looking for a cheap and easy way to fill the bellies of a large group of people for cheap, this is the call.

Maybe all of the negative reviews got this place to step up their game, because I have always had good luck here. I’ve been here a few times and always experience nice, quick service. One time I showed up on a Saturday night before a Mayweather fight, and naturally the line was out the door and down the sidewalk. I was impressed with how quickly the line moved, and my 4 pizzas were delivered in the quoted time.

Everything I said in my last review still applies, but they don’t carry red pepper or Parmesan cheese. Not cool, what kind of pizza place doesn’t have those?

Believe all of the negative reviews. I called in the order at 9:59pm. They told me it would be ready at 10:05pm. I arrived at 10:10pm and they wouldn’t let me in to pick up my pizza because it was 10 minutes after closing time. Pizza scam.

We don’t always eat pizza but when we do it’s usually bc we are too lazy to cook, therefore the expectations aren’t high. However, the service here is horrible. The employees are young and rude, and hardly pay attention to your order. The cashier named Celia was higher than giraffe p****y and couldn’t even hand me my change back. Be prepared to wait about 15 minutes +

I keep giving this place chance after chance in hopes that something might change, but it’s useless. This location is a total crap hole to put it nicely. It’s a bunch of immature young adults working in there that talk shit and fight with each other in front of customers! On one occasion one employee was cussing another out. Way to leave the personal life at the door, or at least keep it for when customers aren’t around. Jeez! There is always a «10 minute wait,» that somehow turns into thirty. And in reality, it should be 10, but they never call your name when your foods ready. I waited an extra 15 minutes one evening, only to find out my food had been sitting there all along! I’ll be finding a better, more professional pizza place. Don’t waste your time here.

I don’t go to Little Caesars because they have good food, I go because it’s cheap. And ready. Today(Thursday), I walked in at 7:22pm. There was one guy in front of me who was just finishing paying for his order. I stepped up and asked for the $ 8 ‘3 Meat Pizza’. The girl said, ‘Sorry, we’re out — it’ll be 12 – 15 minutes.’ Huh? At 7:30p on a weeknight? Strike 1. So, I ordered the $ 5 pepperoni and saw the signboard that showed«$ 3.29 Crazy Bread and Sauce» — so I asked for the crazy bread too. The girl asked ‘Do you want sauce with that?’ Huh? The sign says«$ 3.29 Crazy Bread and Sauce». It’s 80 cents MORE for sauce. Strike 2. *IF* I ever go back there, we’ll see if they do better, otherwise, I’ll be gone after strike 3.

Little Ceasars is great but this store is not. About half the time this store makes the«Hot & Ready» marketing campaign a lie, as they don’t have the pizzas under this name ready for you to walk in and order. The whole concept of $ 5 Hot & Ready pizzas is so great! And when this store fails at it the experience is such a let down.
