This store is always very busy. I get attentive assistance from the sales associates each time I am in. The place is always organized and clean. They have an outstanding variety of hats. They also embroider if that is your thing. The associates here deal in high volume makes other slower traffic locations look terribly lazy. My go to store. For sure. Concise and efficient.

Thanks for the worst customer service ever!
Employees are almost non existent. No one helped me get the hats that were higher up or even asked me if I needed help. I also stood in line for five minutes while the cashier played on the computer. He finally noticed me after I tapped my hand on the hat I was holding. At that point I was really irritated, so I put the hat back and walked out.
Do yourself a favor and go to another store that actually values customers.

This place isn’t as good in customer service as my local lids shop. You walk in there, and find some «teenage-​looking» kids working the counter, chit-​chatting. I was looking for a specific-​style hat, and after looking confused in my search, not once did either employee ask, or offer any help. They just kept chit-​chatting. One did leave to assist some foreign people, the other just stood there and continued to count ceiling tiles or something.
