Probably the worst service provider that I have ever used. Unresponsive, unprofessional, sloppy, just the absolute worst. I hardly ever write reviews so tells you how bad I think he is. In my opinion he should not be practicing law. I wouldn’t use him again if he paid me and would give him negative stars if it were an option.

I met Warren Shiell when he wrote an amazingly good article on a very complicated legal subject for a bar journal. He’s one of the smartest attorneys I know in Los Angeles, and that’s why he’s been on the Peace Talks Mediation (my company) referral list for several years. Perhaps more important than smarts, however, is that he «gets it,» meaning that he does what’s necessary to resolve or litigate a case but no more or no less, and he gives sensible and practical advice to clients. He also doesn’t charge as much as he could for his services (but don’t tell him I said so) in an effort to make legal services reasonably affordable. I cannot recommend Warren highly enough.
