LA Security Store

Very rude and ignorant woman upon arrival. Choose another store for security installation and/​or parts. I walked in and was ignored by a woman who looked away when I entered. I waited as she acted like she was doing something online. The desk was right in front of the entrance, you can’t miss me, especially with the «ding» sound as I entered. She didn’t acknowledge me. Waited 4 – 5 mins while she played with the mouse. I then asked if she worked here. Her reply, «Yes I am working.» Ok. is someone going to help me out? «I am working.» It was a waste of my time to find this place on La Cienega. Don’t bother. I didn’t. With her lack of service and abrupt attitude, I left and took my business to a place on Sunset for my security needs. Thanks for ignoring your customers and treating them as a bother. I just purchased a new security system w/​installation at one of your competitors. Adiós.
