La Pizza Loca

This place is so ghetto. Our pizza was missing 3 slices. What the heck?! But the price is so cheap we can’t complain.

I always order for my after school kids and today the manager jose was so rude and totally unprofessional i dont think ill be ordering again!!!

So I was on eat24 trying to find something to eat my landlady is from hell and I haven’t had anything to eat since YESTERDAY. Long story short I avoided this place because of the lost stars but once I realized literally no restaurants deliver in Boyle Heights and one of the restaurants I got charged for and ordered that closed 15 minutes after my order was taken I decided I’d go for pizza. Total life saver. I got my pizza within 20 minutes of ordering it! The crust is soft. Not to the point of undercooked. But literal perfection. There’s enough cheese on there for my teeth to sink into this heavenly slice. I also ordered the cinnamon things or whatever but those are meh. Not soft. I’m not a big fan of crispy ass cardboard crust pizza. I’ve got sensitive gums so it hurts and is borderline painful. This pizza was amazing I was able to customize it from beginning to end and I am extremely satisfied. Thanks pizza loca you guys saved my day.

2 hours to get my pizza delivered when the stores 10 min away from my house. Not to mention they went to the park across my street there first saying that was the address.

Its better than little Cesars pizza.

As other reviewers have noted the service here is s-​l-​o-​w. Pizza Loca is a no frills operation, minimal dining facilities but there is a free parking lot.
What bothered me most were the bees! Bees in the restaurant attracted to the sticky soda stains on the table tops.
Their prices are low, and the pizzas gigantic, but it just isn’t worth the hassle, nor the bee stings!

OMG NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE!!! Slow slow slow!!! Walk in and two people waiting, while placing my order I’m told their credit card machine is not working, place my order and go get cash. Come back and the same people waiting for food, my order hadn’t even started. ALL I WANT IS ONE PIZZA folks. Jesus Christ! Waited damn near an hour for ONE pizza at a pizza Loca. Should be ashamed of yourself.

We order from this location only because it’s the only one nearby that delivers to our street. A man who works there constantly answers and speaks absolutely no English and ignores my requests to speak to someone else– even when I ask him in Spanish. I ask to speak to someone else because, from the start, he’s extremely rude and cuts you off when you’re speaking, to the point where he almost sounds like someone taught him a script and he’s learned to take orders from common responses. He once asked me to repeat my card number. I was speaking very clearly and he would repeat totally different numbers back to me (6136 is not, in any way close to, 6733. Especially when you say it like you’re speaking through molasses) and I know he was being sarcastic about it. Have a bad day, have shitty work ethic, but at the very least treat someone with respect when you’re treated with respect. I’m willing to bet this man is the delivery driver another review talks about. I speak Spanish, am all for everyone to have a job, but when you’re rude and just like to mess with customers, you have no reason to be indignant about your job. Sorry.
There is a young lady who works there who is awesome and gets everything the first time. We literally hang up and wait for her or someone else to answer the phone. Must be annoying to him, but he’s that difficult to deal with.

Dont come to this location… Very poor delivery service. Driver was very rude and even told us he wasn’t going to deliver to us anymore because he had to walk from the parking lot to my house! He was yelling and being rude to my mom! When i called to report him to his supervisor they defended him and werent even apologectic Pizza wasn’t even that good either…

One day I had the worst toothache and my cheek was puffy like a chipmunk’s so I had to come to the dentist. Next to the dentist there was this La Pizza Loca! I was starving and I was low on cash! Sometimes we have to decide whether we want to faint from starvation or eat whatever fate sets before us and I decided to just fill my stomach full of low priced mass. The attendant was not very happy to be there but she didn’t make you pay for it haha! I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and it only cost $ 4.34!!! Wow!!! Starvation crisis was avoided!!! The pizza was not too bad. But after several bites I decided it wasn’t that great either!
If you come here it is because you just want something in your stomach. Flavored mass in the stomach can be good enough sometimes!
