If you like Korean and Mexican cuisine — this is the place for you! Kogi successfully combines tacos with a Korean bbq twist. The line was long even after the lunch time rush hour so be prepared to wait but it’s not that bad… Unless you’re hangry. I would recommend getting the short rib tacos and sliders which will win any picky eater’s heart. They have great quesadillas and burritos as well. We tried the«wet burrito» which consisted of spicy pork and an amazing sauce with a drizzle of mole. Tres leches cake is a great end to the meal and the price is super reasonable so go ahead and splurge ya big spender!

I’m here ever week. The blackjack quesadilla will forever hold a special place in my heart. I think that pretty much says it all.

Go Roja!!! They make some good Korean bbq themed tacos and sliders. If you’re up for it taste the Mulita. You won’t be disappointed. Note: Their logo is very similar to Tinder’s logo. lol I swipe right for the tacos ALL the time.

Finally tried the Kogi BBQ Truck. My first impression that I was surprised to see that it was completely run by Mexican staff. For some reason I expected something more authentic to how the truck actually began. A couple coworkers said the same thing. The staff all had difficulty pronouncing a lot of names, including mine. Ordered 2 tacos: chicken and short rib. They look terribly small and messy, but taste pretty decent. I wouldn’t say that it was anything amazing, though. If I really want to spend $ 5 on 2 tacos, then I would come here. The line for this truck was the longest, with many people ordering short rib tacos and burritos. Might have to try something else, but otherwise I think it was only okay.
