This store was amazing! The cutest clothes I’ve ever seen! Fay was the sweetest and most helpful sales associate I’ve ever dealt with. When the clothes are that expensive, it’s a breath of fresh air to receive that kind of customer service. I will definitely come back to her!

Absolutley the worst customer service from staff and managers i have ever encountered. We have quadruplets and for their birthday presents we got clothing from Kitson. i tried to exchange to see if we could get 4 of the same for our quads and to use the hundreds of dollars worth of clothing we got as gifts from friends. Unfortunatly they were all very unhelpful and they even ganged up on me that no exchanges or credit with out a receipt.
i then went in a second time 0 days later with other items that did have a receipt and they still pushed me away because it was not from there store but from the santa monica store. Im sorry but isnt it the same store and it shouldnt matter? crazy, they pushed me away and denied to help me, management and staff included.

I always have a wonderful experience here. I work with kids so anytime I need to get a birthday gift, it’s a one stop shop. The staff has always been very sweet and helpful to me. The adult store is terrible, but the kids store is amazing. Maybe a little pricey, but worth it if if you’re not exactly sure what you want. They have a wide variety, and the staff is knowledgeable and sweet.

Have to start off by saying EVERY girl who works here was super nice and friendly and were fabuluos with my 6 year old who asked a gazillion questions.
As for myself I got my baby girl some of the cutest clothes and shoes.
I loved the fact that they had a variety of super hip and cool clothes!
A defintly place to go when in the area for super fab clothes!

They have adorable clothes for kids. Yeah it’s pricey but it is designer clothes. My daughter loves the clothes they have. She says it’s her «style». lol They have adorable onsies for babies that say the funniest things on them! I didn’t have any customer service problems either.

Kitson for Kids? Yes, that’s right. You can buy trendy, overpriced duds for your children on Robertson, too!
Here’s the thing. You will see that distressed Beatles onesie and squeal, because it’s so darn cute in a pretentious hipster kinda way… and then you will check the price tag on said onesie and discover that it is $ 88. For something worth maybe $ 12. Now, I don’t mind an occasional child-​related splurge. I have been known to drop a dime or two at Petit Tresor, and you know they ain’t exactly cheap. But the stuff at Kitson for Kids just isn’t worth these prices! These are low-​to-​average quality, made in China t-​shirts and onesies, marked up like 5000 percent because they have a photo of your favorite band on them. Or a flip slogan, like «Boob Man.» Let me tell you, it may seem cute now, but when your son looks back at his baby photos he won’t want to be wearing a onesie that says «Boob Man» on it in big block letters. I’m just sayin’.
Staff consisted of young, disinterested fashion victims. You know, the typical Roberston type.
