After being a patient Dr. Barrett’s for 20 plus years I have moved on as I do not feel the Dr. Barrett was taking care of my teeth in an appropriate manner.
This could not be more clear in his choice to make whitening trays before taking care of the basics such as cavities and crowns which seem to be overlooked.
Please make sure that the above referenced trays are removed from my bill and please take me off of all of your mailing lists as I will not be returning to your office nor will I be referring anyone to your practice.

Dr. Barrett’s office is there to soak as much cash out of you as possible. He’s probably fine as purely a cosmetic dentist, but he chose to upsell my Partner with «Bleaching Trays» at $ 400+ rather than to address any of the 8 cavities he had (as found by another dentist in the same building). This even after explaining to Dr. Barrett our tight budget. I have no doubt that he would have had him back for 8 visits, fixing one cavity at a time and trying to sell some pricey add-​on each time. Needless to say, we won’t be back and he can keep his bleaching trays.

Fantastic experience! (Something I never thought I would ever write in conjunction with seeing a dentist). I hate going to the dentist (who doesn’t?), but i was very pleased with my experience. I was referred to Dr. Barrett by a friend who promised that I would not feel a thing when given a shot. Obviously, I was skeptical.
Once I was in the chair, Dr. Barrett sat down and started looking and feeling around in my mouth. I was waiting to see how much the needle would hurt when he suddenly announced that the shots we done! I was truly amazed.
I was also very surprised to receive a phone call that evening from Dr. Barrett. He just called to make sure that everyone was going well. When i told him I had some slight pain, he told me that was understandable and suggested Tylenol for the pain. I don’t think I have ever had that that level of care in my life.
Highly recommended.

Dr. Barrett is a fabulous experience. Great office staff, quick service, latest technology (caps replaced using computer-​aided dentistry in one visit, no «temporary» and return visit), etc. And he’s totally great to deal with.

Dr. Barrett is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. I’ve had my share of fillings, braces and other stuff shoved in my mouth, so I’m not a huge fan of dentists. But Dr. Barrett’s use of technology is what’s really cool. Instant xrays? Yup. Little camera so you can see on tv how much yellow gunk is stuck on the inside of your teeth? Yup. Lasers to clean? Yup. And no need for a shot of novocaine? That’s a big yup.
The hygenists and staff are really nice as well. They almost make me like going to the dentist. And that’s scary!
