I am so happy that I found Jofer!
Wished I could give five 10 stars.
I brought in my Diamond ring to be sized and a necklace for repair. Joe, the owner, had it all ready the next morning. He had also engraved my gold bracelet a while ago. The engraving looks amazing. He also makes his own jewelry and creates custom pieces. Joe is very profeasional, friendly, trustworthy and truly an expert in his field. Also, very reasonable prices.
Joe can fix anything!

Lifesaver!
This morning I broke my husbands dog tag chain ($$ Chrome Hearts $$) and needed it fixed toute de suite! I walked in and they were able to accommodate me while I waited and they soldered it in 5 minutes tops! The man in the front only charged me $ 8 so I gave him $ 10! It’s an old school odd little place, but highly recommend for simple jewelry fixes. The jewelry in the cases wasn’t my vibe, but will go back if I break anything.

Joe is the best very expertise, honest, trustworthy service, been going there for years. He is the best, Noticed someone had something fixed by him and it fell apart again. I suggest they go back to Joe he will fix it. Also maybe you need to add gold. He has very carefully fixed and rebuilt worn down antique settings But gold must be added and this is more work but secures your jewels. Don“t giveup jewels can be fixed. Bracelet are difficult to keep in one piece as they do get caught or wear out easier that earrings, rings, and necklaces. But ask Joe at Jofer’s he will give you advice if things are worth fixing etc. and if he needs to add gold and what it cost. Anyways i reccomment JOFER“S

My jewelry box, like my Mom’s, bears gifts not necessarily expensive, bestowed with love, rich with sentiment. It hurts my heart to have such treated as cheap, disposable. But perhaps that is exactly what they are to others, to jewelers, bored to waste their time with the like on such small change repairs.
Today, my fave, gold bracelet unclasped itself after one month’s wear post repair. Thankfully, I was aware, scooped it up to be returned to its tomb, never to be worn again. The pearls fixed here will remain a question in my mind, as will the diamond chip replacement.
Lesson learned, enter the world unadorned, leave the same…
