after reading reviews what can i say. i call this place and the true is they get better service but they need to work along with the customer.

I don’t even want to put one star but i can’t write a review without putting it. Do not trust this business. We had an event booked and confirmed for tacos and they never showed up. Yes they didn’t show up! Unbelievable and unprofessional. We confirmed with Carlos one day prior to the event and the day of they didn’t show up or answer the phone. We left messages and called a hundred times and no reply. We had to scramble and ended up buying pizzas. We finally got hold of him 3 days later after calling him a hundred times. He acted like he had no idea who we were and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional. We should have Unilocaled before booking it. There is Not one good review here.

Two words, «NO SHOW». Even after Carlos at Jimenez Tacos confirmed date and time for our event, they never showed up. Such a disappointment to our family and friends. During our event we had to scramble with a back up plan to feed our guests. Jimenez Tacos didn’t give us a phone call with an explanation. They were unprofessional and rude when they were confronted. In reading previous reviews, it sounds like a trend. They may not be in business very long if they keep up this type of service.

I hired these people for a large party last weekend what a disaster! My first clue should have been their poor communication skills in getting back to me regarding the work (as noted in prior reviews). However I had a Spanish speaking friend deal with it so we thought everything was fine. They were suppose to show up at 5 for a 6pm party. They arrived at 7 pm after our guests did, and did not ask for instructions spreading out over our tables for seating! The food itself was not bad except the pastor was greasy. Additionally, they managed to spill grease all over the stairs and deck of the house because they did not bring appropriate professional equiptment (trays) to move extra food and they would not take professional advice from our kitchen staff that suggested to use at least use two trays. What is worse is they did not even assist or volunteer to take responsibility for their actions… It also is highly probable that a cell phone right in the area of where they were working got lost (the only thing lost at the party!)
When it was time to pay they tried to increase the price based on the area and the house. This was the most unprofessional lowbrow service I have ever used and will never user them again. Based on prior reviews looks like I am not alone !!!

Where to begin? Oh yes, I have an event tonight for 100 guests and NO FOOD after i personally spoke to Carlos Thursday and confirmed. They don’t even have me on the books!!! I was put on hold and then disconnected, Carlos will not pick up anymore. Called their second number and some woman started yelling at me because I’m upset and then had the nerve to threaten me if I kept calling. WTH!!! They drop the ball and then they insult and threaten the offended customer? I wanted tacos not the mafia!!!
