Sandwiches are pretty good; service is always slow at this location. No matter what time of day I come, I’m always waiting a *minimum* of ten minutes to get my to-​go order handled. They say order online but their website’s always busted. Annoying.

Walked in 1.5 hours before closing. They were cleaning the grill and without even turning to acknowledge me said they wouldn’t make a hot sub. Quite disappointed will never return to this location.

Just go ahead and order the Giant! It’s not just delicious today, but save half for tomorrow and it will still be amazing and the bread is still soft on day 2. Wish I could get this in Silverdale WA when I go home. Hint Hint Jersey Mike’s…build it and they will come!

I work for a large corporation near by and am frequently arranging business lunches and must say this place never disappoints. They alway deliver on time, the sandwiches are large and great quality. The variety of sanwhiches are also really impressive and they have multiple catering options. Additionally, they have great customer service and are always very helpful.
I personally usually do not like sandwiches but this store made me a fan!
I also think it is fantastic that they offer a points reward system. Since we order so frequently I was able to treat my co-​workers to a complementary lunch.
Tip: There is limited parking in front of the store but you can park in the parking strucure free of charge. Just get the ticket validated by the cashier.

Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sub shop. I frequent the Santa Maria location quite often and love the fresh quality of their sandwiches. Get it Mike’s way, you won’t regret it!

Terrible, terrible location. I came for lunch but couldn’t even go inside because there next to zero parking spots. Every garage charges money, and I’m not going to pay to park in order to go eat. I saw 5 parking spots out front for customers of ALL business. There were 3 other spots and those were blocked off for no obvious reason. How are you expecting to gain more business if people can’t even get in? Especially next to a Starbucks where people will sit at those parking spots for quite a while.
If you validated for parking that’s at least a start; but there are no visual cues to indicate that you do.

First time trying Jersey Mike’s! I was pleasantly surprised.
The only reason I deduct a few stars is because of the service — we had somebody who was very obviously training, which was fine… However, it was suuuper slow and the coworkers «helping» the trainee were giving him shit about not knowing what to do next, and more focused on being rude to him than getting through the line. I felt bad for him. :(
I ended up getting the tuna sub — the tuna was comparable to Subway’s, which made me happy.
What really intrigues me about Jersey Mike’s and will ensure that I find a location in Washington is the freshness of their products. I literally watched the employees slice the meat and cheese from a huge, fresh bulk of meat and cheese on a professional grade slicer (or whatever it was). On top of having super fresh ingredients, they STUFF your sandwiches. No skimpy, skinny subs like at Subway!
Definitely can’t wait to try more Jersey Mike’s sandwiches out in WA.

I like jersey mikes but this location is crap. I have never come to this one and been satisfied with my meal. Every time my sandwich is thrown together and falling apart. The presentation is disgusting and I end up hardly any of my sandwich. It’s absolutely unacceptable and after 3 attempts of eating here I’m DONE!
The first time I ate here I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. I got it mikes way. It’s way too hard to eat. Everything falls out and makes a huge mess.
The second time I order some wrap that was supposed to be warm… The tortilla was frozen in the middle. Hard as a rock not to mention!
Last time was again a turkey and cheese sandwich. This was by far worse than the last! The turkey and cheese fell out first bite… First bite. At this point I realized this was their 3 strike.
They are out. Im done. No more chances. I’m sure you get plenty of lunch customers on the weekday since you are close to so many office BUT how many customers are satisfied? I didn’t

One of the reviews says that this place is on the pricey side, however with so many good reviews I had to try it.
I ordered the Chipotle cheesteak, full size, $ 15.42 including tip and taxes. I was told it was big, probably enough for lunch and dinner. Challenge accepted, I ate the whole thing and it was delicious, well worth the money. If you want a cheap sandwich go to subway, it you want a good messy sandwich pay these guys a visit.
By the way, the sandwich could have fed two people but I was extra hungry. After eating ¾, I was too full, but couldn’t let such deliciousness go to waste. I’m sure I’ll pay for it later tonight.

First time visitor and loved the place. Exceptional customer service and wonderful sandwich. Free cookie to boot since it was my first time in the shop. Had the Super Sub Mike’s way and have to say I will be back for another one as soon as possible.

I made a phone order for the office I work in, the person taking my order was very patient and kind (Gina), and she helped me though everything, being a 1st time customer. I also really appreciated the over all pleasant and excited attitude, I answer phones every day, and I always appreciate good customer service.
After ordering quite a lot of food, she said it would be ready in 20 minutes, I was surprised to find out that they got the job done before hand! almost 5 minutes earlier!
And what made me even more happy was to walk in and see all the staff with the same attitude! Kind, helpful, and overall joyful! You wanna eat at a place where the employees enjoy their job, and thats what it felt like all around.
I rarely put up 5 stars for anything, but Jersey Mike’s Subs on Century Blvd deserves it!

And they’ve done it again. Excellent sandwiches and positive energy from all the employees. Their sandwiches are fresh made to order and they if you’re watching your diet, this is a great way not to break your diet!!! They offer wheat bread or you can get any sandwich on a bed of lettuce. :) excellent!

Awesome to be here opening day. $ 2 of each sandwich goes to support the Bob Hope USO at LAX from today 06÷24÷15 until 7÷5÷15! Great sandwiches, great staff, great cause. The line moved along. The workers were courteous and made my sandwich exactly as ordered. I like to add the chili spread to my sandwiches for extra flavor. They have a good variety of chips as well. I’m so happy they finally opened so close to work.
