There is a C-​word named Lucy running the dive who needs to be put in her place, which is in jail where she belongs for fraud, lies, false advertising, threats, false reports to police, slum lording, tax evasion, corrupt «business» practices, provocation, intimidation, disorderly conduct, drug abuse, prostitution rings, failure to comply with health and safety codes, invasion of privacy, failure to provide receipts, overcharging, scamming, and deception. Do not ever lower yourself to the point of staying at this Hell hole! Rats!!! Mice, ants, bugs, roaches, and yes opossums!!! Peaceful Garden??? You are out of your mind!!! The plants are raggedy as hell and the place looks like crack heads Erin it, because Lucy is indeed a crack head of some kind. I could write a book on reasons not to stay at this place. Worst motel in America without a doubt and I’ve stayed everywhere you can name in every state. I’m going to do everything possible to have Lucy arrested and the place closed down. It would be a much better place if I owned it.

I have been here about a month. I really love it here! Lucy is very sweet. I love the vibe here… which is peaceful, safe and homey. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone here is so nice. I am a young female in the Entertainment biz, and I needed someplace safe to stay. I feel safe here — and I am close to Beverly Hills. It’s a perfect location. It has a beautiful, tranquil garden. It’s a great place to stay while transitioning to an apartment.

I’ve been coming to Jerry’s for years. I work in Los Angeles a couple times a year and love this place. It’s very nice and quite with a beautiful garden. Everyone is friendly and the beds are very very comfortable.
I love how close it is to the Farmers Market and many great places to eat around the area. I will be planning my next day very shortly and I look forward to it. Plus you can’t beat $ 45 a night!
