This is the most authentic noodles I’ve had my whole life. Cold buckwheat noodles is the real deal. Also people say the only place in town with no msg in their food. Thumbs up!

New place in food court so I tried the hot soba noodles here and it was absolutely bland. The noodles became soggy in a short period of time which made it worse. I asked if there was a sauce I can add and they said it was supposed to simple like that. I guess too simple for my taste buds bc I don’t want to try anything else here.

I actually ate same kind of noodle in Korea. But didn’t think I could get really the same taste in LA. Highly recommended.

The owner is very nice and generous. They gave great service and their bibim memil makguksu was delicious! :) I highly recommend their bibim memil makguksu (aka spicy noodles) They are located on the first floor of plaza market food court. I would totally come back next time!

I never had 100% organic buckwheat noodle. I strongly recommed to anyone. Price was such a good price. Definitely I will bring my frineds.
