Jammin Jimmy’s Pizza

Wanted some pizza for the lunch hour and this one had 5 stars… but it’s CLOSED… just called the # (just in case I caught them at a bad time= MIDDLE OF THE DAY)…and yep. it’s disconnected…

Heard about this spot from my cousin. Was in the area so I had to come and try this Pizza Sub that they make. I wish I had pictures of it but I devoured it in just a couple of minutes! It was amazing. Big slices of pepperoni, gooey melted cheese, I added the homemade house mayo, all inside a sub roll topped with herbs, spices, and Parmesan cheese!
The owner Jimmy took care of us and the service was quick! It was raining outside so he gave us his own chair from the cashier counter and let us eat inside. It’s a little hole in the wall spot hidden in the corner of this little 3 store shopping center. Hole in the walls typically have the best food and this one was no different. Stop by if you are in the area. Enjoy!

I called and made an order with a heart shape. They were very nice and they took my order immediately I highly liked their services and there food.

Jimmy is the best!!! He is a fluffy ball of love and makes the best pizza in Los Angeles. Highly recommend. Praise Jesus!

this place is the bomb!!! pizza almost as good as Cousimano’s in its prime (sorry but nothing beats 90’s Cousimano’s), however it beats the breaks off of Cousimano’s today. the dough is crispy on the bottom but has a nice chew, cheese /​sauce ratio is spot on, and the pepperoni is crisp and tasty. we had the mojos and the wings as well, the mojos were perfect hot & crisp on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside DO NOT MESS THIS UP!!! sometimes people mess with how they make their mojos, but you don’t have to, you have reached perfection. the wings were very good we had the hot and spicy and lemon pepper if you like spicy I suggest going that route the lemon pepper was a little over seasoned, and a bit dry but still had a good taste. I’m glad we have a good local pizza joint in the neighborhood, Venus pizza is gone, Cousimano’s is too busy overcharging, being stingy with the toppings, and blowing butt to matter. little Ceasers and Prontos are just OK… but why settle for OK when for a few dollars more you could have great!!! I don’t mind leaving the area for good pie, but sometimes you just want to kick it at home with good hot pizza. So as long as Jammin Jimmy does not become Slippin Jimmy, they have my business.

Couldn’t believe this pizza place was so close to my home and omg it was delicious. I love the garlic buttery crust and the cheese was just right. Not rubbery at all!!! As for the sauce it was very good. I’m well pleased. This will be my pizza spot from now on. Good bye Little Caesars

We tried Jammin Jmmy’s pizza, mojos and wings this past weekend and were pleased with the results! The pizza is delicious! It kind of reminds me of a fancy Shakey’s pizza. However, the sauce, cheese and crust are of better quality at Jammin Jimmy’s — that’s why I used the term «fancy»! We’re excited to have good quality pizza in close proximity! We will be back!

The calzones at Jammin Jimmy’s are so good! For six dollars I’d get one of these everyday if I could! They never let me down.

Ok so on our 1^st here my self and two kids thought the food was great, pizza, hot wings, onion rings most definitely I will return for more pizzas, the only thing I would encourage the owners to clean the eating patio so That people get a good hygiene about jamming jimmys pizza

Jammin Jimmys pizza is bomb. Tried it today for the first time and it just became my new pizza place. Quick and friendly service. Flavorful pizza, lemon pepper wings and spicy wings were delicious and crispy potato wedges. My nine year old took a bite and said «Im in heaven! «I highly recommend it.

amazing service and ate something i never had before… a Pizza Sub. It was very very very good. My friends and I enjoyed our lunch there very much. Then hospitality was superb and i can say enough about jimmy himself. He catered to all of our needs and described his menu as his own creations, as they are. ! His food is made special and with heart for each of his customers. Thank you for the great service and the great food. We will definitely be seeing you again.

I ordered the pizza and drink for $ 2.75 The pizza was good, the drink it came with was a Shasta so it wasn’t as good. But overall when you’re hungry it’s all good.

Got a pep pizza here last night. It was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. The crust was the star of the show– slightly sweet, and was brushed with a garlic and herb butter. The pepperoni was perfectly salty. The sauce had a very full flavor, and the cheese was tasty– not rubbery at all. All the elements work so well together. Really amazing.
I was happily surprised to find such a tasty pie, in the middle of the hood.
Previously, my favorite pie was Tomato Pie, in Silverlake. Now Jammin Jimmys takes the top spot!

Just go here, the guy is really nice. My first tome in here. He was reakky open to us. Talkative, sings also, haha. Just a cool guy. The pizza is already good, out some cheese in it and it is the bomb

The food was absolutely amazing. They have quite a selection of foods, from: tacos, to pizza, to burgers. You really don’t need any other fast food place. I however, enjoyed the pizza the most. The addition of a garlic sauce is absolutely amazing. The texture of the dough is perfect, crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. There is a mild sweetness to the flavor but it only serves to make the pizza even more spectacular. The burgers are good, though they could be better. The prices are pretty fair. My only complaint is that when ordering a combo to go, my fries are not placed in any type of container. They are placed directly into the paper bag, allowing the grease to wet the underside of it. It is the same thing with the pizza (individual slices). They are placed directly into the bag without being put in a container first. Once the pizza gets home it is kind of a mess. I do believe, however that they deserve a ⁵⁄₅ as these complaints are so minimal compared to the good things I have to say. If you are around the area, I highly recommend you go check them out.
