I rarely write a review and when I do it is always a positive one. Today I came across a professional that provided me with the worst experience of dealing with a medical professional. I was drawn to the consultation via a radio ad that offered a complimentary consultation for laser «treatment that works». Well, after waiting for 23 minutes, I was ushered in a skimpy and dirty room with an unfriendly nurse, followed by a extremely unprofessional and rude man that he would not even was willing to tell us the explanation of the procedures upon our inquiry. When we demanded and explanation for his conduct he replied and I quote «this is a free consultation, what do you want from me». READER, you make your own decision. Office is bare and with used furnishings and it seemed that one is in a shady operation, which it was. The man was quick to quote prices of $ 3,500.00 per each laser treatment and said that it requires 5 to 6 treatments to tighten the skin half as it is presently on the face. I hope that you read this review to even try a free consultation. Extremely a disappointing, discourteous and unprofessional meeting.

I received «treatment» for my acne scars at his office about eight years ago, and not only did the $ 10,000 go to waste then (resulting in little to no visible improvement), but my scars are even worse now. I don’t remember exactly how many treatments I received at the time, but suffice it to say, it was all a waste of time and money. I am currently looking into scar treatment options so wanted to advise anyone out there seeking the same to avoid this doctor. He was also not responsive to my questions and acted very curt and uncaring during the treatment process. Go elsewhere!

I suffer from Acne and acne scars and hate the appearance of my skin. I was so ashamed to walk out of the house without makeup I dreaded when summer would come around with the acne scars I was suffering from I was embarrassed to go to the pool or beach because I knew I had to wear no makeup. I heard the radio ad and figure I will give it a try at that point I had tried everything and nothing work, I was desperate and needed help. I went in for a consultation the staff was friendly and everything was explained to me and a treatment plan was put together. It gave me hope that the laser treatment are going to work. I received my first treatment and with the first treatment within 24 hours I started to see my current acne reduce and scars less visible. I was super excited. I am going to continue my treatments and finally will gain confidence in my appearance. I’m glad I finally found somewhere that can help my stubborn acne problem.
