Jack in the Box

This has got to be the worst jack in the box I have ever gone to. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. First I pull up to the drive through to order my food. After about a good 30seconds I was finally greeted. I place my order. The associate said something which I did not hear because she was practically eating the microphone. I ask her to repeat it and her response was «didn’t you hear me, I said pull up to the next window» I get to the window to hear her talking bad about the following customer behind me. Mind you she is cursing up a storm. She then tells me the system is rebooting as she is continuously complaining that her wait time is getting long. She has me pull forward and reverse to adjust her time. At the end of it all she tells me she can only take cash so I couldn’t purchase my food. I left with no food and a horrible experience. Worst service of my life.

the male manager on 10÷21÷15 was very rude. I ordered my food and ate in the parking lot and went back in for a soda refill before I left and he came up behind me and said I had to pay for my refill??? I was in shock that he was serious and told him I’d show him my receipt (even though I shouldn’t have to) he made me feel so uncomfortable that I got water, even though I paid for a large fountain drink, and left and won’t ever come back.

The food is good but terrible terrible customer service sometimes they charge for buttermilk not to mention one of the ladies there messed up my credit card by roughly swiping it through the machine my card was not readable after that and it was cut from the edges from the machine. I asked for orange juice they gave me orange soda I asked for butter milk this time and the lady would ignore me and not give me anything and she didn’t want to give me my receipt I don’t know what is wrong with them there but they need to hire some one new or get an attitude check up

This is a fairly decent jack in the box. Service is average and the people here are nice. It could also be a lot better and a little faster. I’m here a lot so I can see when things get changed for better or worse. This the better location in this area. The food is always fresh and the lines are short.

In a nutshell: It’s a Jack in the Box
Not much really to say about this Jack in the Box located in the five points area of Lincoln Heights, except for a really funny thing I observed. There was a homeless old Asian lady walking out of the place when I first got there. While I was ordering, apparently she came back in and tried to take food off of someone’s table as they walked to refill their drink. After getting kicked out by the staff she came back in and stood around the corner from the corner and out of sight from the employees. When the employees turned around to complete orders, she reached into the trash and grabbed a drink cup then casually strolled over and poured herself a drink, then walked out. Stealth level: gangsta.

Decently sized lot, give it 4 stars because it’s impossible to get back on the road because of the constant traffic in this area.

Decent and consistent. Love eating the breakfast food here. I actually haven’t had a burger from here since I was in high school.

The thing I enjoy about this place is that it’s consistent. Never improves, but never declines in quality. I see myself taking many guilty conscience trips here in the near future.

Decent Jack In The Box, workers are always busy getting the orders out as fast as possible.
I have used the drive-​thru more then dinning in but customer service is good here.
The food has always been okay, you know what you’re getting here.
Parking is ok, but you can take it to go.
Many years ago my brothers and sisters use to work here, I am talking at least 30 years. So since the 80’s I have been coming here, even back then this place was decent.
You have to wonder that some people give less then 3 stars because either they don’t know what to expect from fast food or they are extremely picky with food, if you’re picky what do you actually expect for a $ 1.

After a taping of the t. v show «The Voice» we were starving and the closet thing to my friend parent house was Jack in the Cra&k. At first I didn’t want to eat here but when your stomach is calling for you. I fold in and order a few things from Jack in the Box.
After eating couple of tacos, chicken sandwhich and a 3 piece egg rolls. I was stuff and I was regretting everyhing I ate lol

Usually pretty fast, i hate their parking lot, open 24hrs and they don’t charge you for extra dipping sauce. Usually a lot of shady people dine inside.
Take your 2 tacos and chicken sandwich to go! =)
