Found all the games I wanted when I popped into this shop. I left with Carcassone and Pandemic. Inventories are light(about 1 box of each game) but selection of strategy games is broad. I was happy I thought to stop by and look at their selection to find the game I wanted. There were lots of games I wanted to buy but didn’t on this first stop.

Support your local gaming store! I first came here about 2 years ago when this place first opened and it’s come a long way. Owner is super friendly and they carry an assorted of boardgames now, not just Magic cards and the day I came in, there was 2 D&D campaigns going on.

Bret is awesome! Super knowledgeable and always has the cards I am looking for. Also the arcade games there are key! Hours of entertainment.

Stopped by on a random Friday afternoon for a board game — Brett was friendly and helpful, and convinced me to come back for D&D on Wednesday nights! Happy to find this FLGS in my neighborhood.

TLDR — interactions with owner were dissatisfying — no complaints on card selection. I have tried going here a few time and have mixed reviews purely from a customers point of view. I have been a TCG enthusiast for the past 20 years and whenever I go into a card shop I go in with questions, I want to see what the shop has to offer with an open mind. I always try to support local business. And I always buy something when I go in. However I don’t normally have a particular card I want to buy. So when I ask about new inventory and I’m met with condescending sarcasm — this upsets me. Every time I have gone to this store and spoken with Brett I usually leave dissatisfied. Not because of the card selection but because I am made to feel stupid every single time I shop there. While sarcasm alone doesn’t bother me(as its common in the TCG realm) — it’s the sarcasm paired with no valuable information that irks me. While his greetings are nice enough and he will always offer help or to answer questions — I literally go in there and say this is the type of deck I’m running — what can you sell me and I receive responses such as «.. . Well we obviously have lots of cards with those(whatever thing your looking for). . «and then leaves it at that, no suggestions, nothing. If these interactions were improved I wouldn’t mind this shop but until then I will be taking my business to Next Gen.

I love this place. Brett is super friendly and nice. It’s pleasant place to buy mtg cards or just to hang. There’s a great vibe in there. «It’s game time!»

Good place to get your pinball or arcade fix on the Westside. They have two arcade machines with on-screen options for different games. Only one pinball machine.

Great card shop! The owner provides great, friendly service and is very knowledgable about mtg. Ignore the guy who gave 1 star. These are reviews for the actual store, not games being played inside the store.

There is hardly any parking, if there is a spot, you’ll have to pay the meter. The owner is a nice guy and really tries to cater to the community. There is DnD, Magic the Gathering, CardfightVanguard, numerous board games, etc. a good place to bring some friends and hang out.

Neat little game shop in the Culver City area. Good selection of games and gaming accessories. I called to see if they had a particular game and was told yes. When I got there, I didn’t see the game on the shelves. When I mentioned it to the guy, he told me he’d put it behind the counter since after my call he realized he only had one copy in stock. A thoughtful touch. It is a little bare inside, but good selection, good prices, and friend staff.

EASILY a 5 if they had more sports cards! Stopped by to pick up a few packs of cards to open on a random afternoon with my also 30-something friend. It’s one of those things where when we were 10, spending $ 5 for a pack of cards would have resulted in a tongue lashing from our parents. As adults now, it’s just a fun thing to do busting packs of cards while drinking a beer or two. The man behind the counter was super chill. It’s more of a ‘gaming card’ shop with tables in the back for battles!!! Anyway, they have a 5000 count box full of $ 1 cards of name players if that floats your boat… for me, I still like the sensation of busting packs and the randomness that follows! Ended up picking up a few packs of current cards & hoping I can follow-up this post ten years from now and say I pulled the next big superstar’s chrome refractor ice autograph jersey rookie card!

Absolute and utter nerdgasm! I recently moved to the area and accidentally found this little gem. I was particularly excited for one thing, original 150 Pokemon(yes I was a tomboy growing up) tournaments which they didn’t have to my disappointment. Other than that they have a bunch of board games which proves very useful for some impromptu game nights!

Just picked up Settlers of Catan here. I’d been meaning to buy it for a while but it had just slipped my mind. They had it at the same price as it was online, minus shipping. Great to have a neighborhood store selling tabletop games at good prices.

Great little place. Decided to check it out one day and got a great first impression. Store owner(Brett) is very friendly and a great host. Yesterday I attended my first FNM(Friday Night Magic) since M14’s pre-release night and had a blast. The group of players were all pretty chill and welcoming to newcomers like myself. I normally would have attended at my local shop where I live, MTGdeals, but I was currently visiting the area. Glad they have a group that plays standard constructed, I actually visited another place more conveniently located to where I am staying, but it had no players. Might stop by again soon!

Happy to see them in the area. I expect to see more as they grow. Tables in the back to play.
