They have a great variety of flavor choices to choose from. I ended up going with something I was familiar with, Almond Milk Tea with Boba. I’m always too nervous to try something new lol. My 7 year old godson was with me and he was making comments about how the employees were busy talking with eachother and not making our drinks. I joked and told him that he should tell them to get to work. Haha. They ended up messing up my friends drink and were quick to fix it, but it makes me wonder if the mistake wouldn’t have happened if the employees weren’t so busy goofing off. Other than that, the venue was very colorful and lively. Parking was a bit of a hassle because the lot is very small and shared with all other businesses in the surrounding area.

Ordered a Hokkaido milk tea and it tasted like barf. Highly not recommended. I passed it around to my companions and they all were appalled by the after taste. I proceeded to order a honey milk tea to make up for this disappointment. Unfortunately, they ran out of honey so I asked for a regular milk tea. To my surprise, they gave me a mango milk tea which I did not ask for. I was infuriated and proceeded to rant to my lovely girlfriend before posting this review. I am extremely upset by this incident and I hope to never return to this establishment again.

Nice place with a large selection. I ordered the Sea Salt Iced Coffee with boba. This was my first time there and the service was not the friendliest. The cashier didn’t offer me the options for boba even though I saw AFTER I ordered that there were a variety of boba options to choose from. She also made me feel ignorant for asking questions about a drink and seemed to not know specific information about the product. The beverage itself was not good and the coffee tasted old. This being a drink I’ve had before at other locations, I knew it wasn’t the style of drink, but rather how it was made. The boba was perfectly soft in all the right ways, though! I would go back to see what else they have to offer and compare experiences. With such a large variety and the different Unilocal reviews and recommendations, I’m sure I would have a different experience in the future.

LOVETHISPLACESOMUCH!!! Im always in ktown and sometimes i need to get a nice cold drink so boba time is the place to go! so far i’ve tried thai tea, green tea, and cookies and cream slush. they’ve all turned out so good! the only reason why i didnt add the last star is that multiple times i’ve asked for mini boba, however they didnt have any. but its all good. I got the hokkaido milk tea and the milk tea latte. Both were great. The milk tea latte is in the sweeter side and the hokkaido reminded more of horchata. Although I didn’t try them, they have very well priced fresh squeezed juices on their menu for $ 4.50 for a regular size, rather than the $ 6+ you will pay at other places. First time coming here I had a great experience. On the second occasion it took over 30 minutes for me to receive my order and people who ordered the same thing after me were called first(orders weren’t fulfilled in order). There was only one person working on this instance, so I’m sure it’s not the typical situation.

Decent bubble tea with lots of ice. Not too bad for a quick taste of boba. Prices are also average; however service is fast. A plus for quick WiFi :)

Today’s boba wasn’t that great. Some of them were still frozen and some were over cooked mushy. It’s different every time I go get boba

This is my first time at this boba shop with my sister to do some studying because I heard good about it and love boba. I got the milk tea boba and a half coffee half milk tea boba. The place has 15 min parking which is convenient. It’s pretty quiet and empty, aside from the fact that they’ve been cleaning the floors for the past hour even though it’s been really clean, the cleaning products are super strong and the cleaning is really loud and won’t stop… But they have clean habits and an A so it’s alright. My sister didn’t like her drink because it was too strong after the first sip and they refused to change it unless she bought another one. First boba shop that’s happened at. It’s good overall, bobas good. Would come here again to get boba but probably not stay.

They must be doing something right as it’s a LA/SoCal franchise. My friend really wanted boba after dinner. I ordered the matcha milk tea with boba. It was good, what more can I say?

Mediocre is really the only word I have for the place. Maybe they make that music so loud just so you’ll scream till you’re thirsty for more… The place smells some kind of funky. The store has a fair amount of seating. The bathroom was clean. And I’m running out of things to say about this place. TL;DR skip this place, pass on the boba.

Came here while waiting for my car to be washed down the street. It’s the same as all the other Boba Time locations in the area. I don’t frequent Boba Time but I don’t remember anything being as sweet as the guava tea that I got. It tasted like sugar water with a hint of something remotely associated with fruit. I don’t think sugar syrup with a shot of water and ice should be a menu item. The plus side is that the service was good/quick and there is plenty of seating. Tip: credit card minimum of $ 5.

Honestly, it was just okay. I’ve had better boba in LA and the other ‘Boba Time’ shops were better. I felt like the staff wasn’t as welcoming and I felt rushed ordering. We got there way before the shop was about to close too, maybe about 8:00 pm. I ordered the coconut milk tea and it tasted watered down. The aftertaste of the tea was a bit weird too but the boba tapioca pearls itself was pretty tasty. Not my favorite boba place in Los Angeles and I had an ‘okay experience’.

Not the best customer service in the world here but hey I was super pleased with my Taro slush with mini boba. It was the right amount of sweetness and the drink was blended thoroughly. The flavor was soft and not overly strong which I find a plus. The mini boba was the right texture, not too chewy or hard. I appreciated their top 10 list of drinks listed by the counter. The prices are about average, there is plenty of seating inside and out. The place is located in a small business plaza in Koreatown. Parking can be tricky depending on what time of day you arrive and I wasn’t too impressed with the valet dudes out front, they weren’t the friendliest. Overall pleased with the place, however the customer service was pretty sad and nothing stood out to me that conveyed it was extraordinaire.

I dropped by here when I was at Eyeholics. It’s spacious with a lot of outside sitting area and very orange. The prices are atypical, at 3.25 for a regular sized GMT. It automatically came with Boba for that drink. I asked for less sugar and less ice because I was unsure how much sugar they put in it anyways. The drink was a bit too watery for my taste and the less sugar made it bland. There was none of that green tea taste either. The boba may have been chewy but also bland. The boba here is smaller than other places, I have noticed. It’s an alright boba place considering this isn’t the 626 so don’t expect much. Maybe their slushies are much better because everybody before me ordered one but their milk tea was mediocre.

After lunch dessert on Thursday, 7÷2÷15 This review isn’t for the boba. I was too full to have more starch. I reviewed dessert instead. After lunch, my co-workers and I decided on a drink/dessert. There was no one in line and the cashier was very friendly. I asked for a recommendation and he suggested the shaved ice dessert w ice cream rather than their smoothie or milkshake. I ordered the fruit shaved ice in a cup since we were on the way back to work. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend this fruit shaved ice dessert. I previously ordered the papaya milkshake and it was very artificial tasting. Apparently the cashier said their smoothies are made with real fruit but not the milkshakes. Only a few of the milkshakes are made with real fruit. Be sure to ask if you want it.

Boba(Not Worth My) Time… or money. I came here expecting a decent experience at the very least but left extremely disappointed. I got the matcha milk tea with boba and I was delighted to see it come out fairly fast. Maybe they already pre-made it in the back and all they had to do was pour it and put a scoop of boba. Anyways, what pissed me off was that the drink wasn’t even full!!! Check out my picture… what a rip off! Boba itself was alright but you’re cheating the customer when you don’t give the proper amount of what I ordered. Also, my friend got his drink WITH boba but ended up getting NO boba in his drink. How can you mess up an order like that? Pathetic. Would not go back. Plenty of other boba spots in the area that I’ll go to instead.

This review is for the iced taro milk tea. Unfortunately, their taro milk tea is thick and has small grains of something. Most boba places now give you the option for sweetness level, but not so here. They have the tea premade in one of those cooler things that has a spigot at the bottom. I drank about a quarter and had to throw it away. Tragedy! There’s a parking lot, but the spaces are super compact. They accept Visa and Mastercard only; $ 5 minimum(so bring cash); $ 0.50 charge for credit card. I’m giving the additional star because the facility was at least pretty clean. However, with so many different options for boba, I won’t be returning.

Cute place with large verity of shakes, shaved snow and boba drinks. Very quick to be served even in the long line. Parking in there isn’t so easy during weekends. Boba was testing very soft, I think this place is the best I had before.

Boba Time has a ton of drink options available, including shaved ice, and fruity teas. On the hottest day of the year I was craving boba and happy to be right next door to Boba Time. Definitely Boba Time on a day like this… I had a large milk tea SLUSHIE with boba. omg, SLUSHIE. Having it slushie-style keeps it colder longer, AND I didn’t drink the entire thing in two seconds like I normally do. I was able to appreciate my milk tea, enjoy the process. Man Man Yin! Also never-seen-elsewhere is a beverage menu displayed on 3 – 4 flatscreen tv monitors, which featured animated photos, showcasing a full gallery of the different drink options. VERY cool!
