Worst company ever. They do not give you a check list prior to moving in and will make up any excuse to keep your security deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Felicia M. I would call the health department. You will get immediate results. I’ve heard about thiis company and they have a very bad rep. They will eventually loose the clients they currently have and be out of business. Until then call the health department. Good luck

I am giving this review based on the apartment building 3326 S Durango Ave. I am neighbors with them. My building and their building are RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER. We practically share a parking alley, so I basically know everything about this building.
Unless you want to live amongst extremely loud tenants, and several children, do not live here! Absolutely nobody regulates any rules what so ever here.
I’m not going to lie, the people they allow to live in their buildings are the lowest, most inconsiderate, rude people who do not care about the other people who live around them. If you tell them to please keep it down, they automatically want to start a fight with you. They are so prideful! You could be super nice and polite and they will still get offended that you asked them to turn down there music, or ask them to tell there kids to keep it down. It’s horrible!
Tons of homeless people come on to the property and sleep in the back of the parking lot, and in the laundry room. Sometimes high school kids go into the laundry room and smoke weed in the morning before school, waking up everyone in the building, and everyone in the building next door as well! (The property is next to Hamilton high school.)
Tons of people who do not live in the building, park their cars in the parking lot. The tenants allow their guests to block everyone’s cars.
There are no pets allowed in the building… But I see dogs there and hear barking super loudly coming from the building all the time!
Our things get stolen on a daily basis. From bikes, to plants, ashtrays, basically anything that we leave outside, someone steals it immediately! My boyfriend locked his bike against a pole, and someone actually clipped the fence and moved the bike up the pole and stole it!!! Your stuff is NOT SAFE. I know 100% the people stealing from our building are coming from this building, or are people associated with this building because no one could actually see our stuff except for the people in the building 3326 S Durango. Since there are homeless people trespassing over there, i’m sure they’re the ones that see our stuff and take it at night!
The kids that live there run around outside of the property and they trespass to our building. They are EXTREMELY LOUD. They bounce their basketball on our walls, windows, and doors. They go into our parking lot and laundry room and scream very loudly all day. They come in our building and run up and down the stairs and scream and yell and knock on doors. The walls are very thin, and it’s like living with these kids inside of my apartment. Two of the kids actually lit off extremely loud fire works at 1 in the morning and scared everyone in the entire neighborhood. When I confronted them about it (since I’m the only one who saw them do it) they gave me attitude! I told them that it’s a Wednesday night and people have work in the morning, and they didn’t seem to care and just gave me attitude and cussed at me. These are like 12 – 15 year old kids, mind you.
I’ve written Malcolm Bennett several times! The first time he answered my email and seemed concerned, and said he was going to do something about the matter. When nothing was done, I wrote him again, and again, and again. It has been months and I still have not heard back from him. I am concerned for my safety and he is not doing his job as a realtor. It’s not fair that I am woken up every morning and I can never relax at home.
The adult tenants throw parties all the time and yell and blast their music loudly. And the building itself is dirty and is never taken care of! I’ve never seen anybody come to the property to check on things, because if they did they’d be horrified.
BEWARE!!!
DO NOT rent from international realty! Unless you want to live in constant chaos of kids screaming, and rude tenants throwing parties every weekend, blasting music, yelling, fighting, and just being blatantly rude and disrespectful to everyone living around them!
If you have a problem, you will be ignored. Not worth it! Will be reporting the BBB.
