Impress Screen Printing

If I can give this place a negative review I would. They have the worst customer service ever. The owner Jose messed up my order everytime I ordered. I recently ordered from them, they never sent me proofs and printed the shirts before any approval. Past orders he also kept shirts, and never printed them. He also was late on the previous orders. It’s is unorganized. His daughter does the accounts receivable and she doesn’t know how to organize anything. Just this last order they gave me my merchandise and walked me I the car and never handed me the invoice. I run a business wouldn’t you ask for the money before you give the merchandise? Hmmmmm???
What sucked is that I called to talk to Jose to tell him that he didn’t print everything on my shirts, the logo was too small and he had the nerve to YELL at me over he phone for letting him know that he messed up my order. Then wouldn’t let me talk. He was so angry that I’m scared to do business from him. I’m pretty calm, and for someone to yell at me for their mess up was appalling.
