The place was cute, but the drinks was ok. I had the boba milk tea in mango with boba which was about $ 4.00 in a size small. A little pricey for a size small that is filled with mostly ice. The customer service was quick and the staff was nice. The place was clean too.

Not only is this place expensive but it is tasteless. I ordered a plain green tea no sugar no boba and paid almost $ 5.00 for it. I also ordered an almond milk tea, it was thick, grainy and flavorless. I very much dislike when people open establishments and put no effort into tasting what they sell.

3.5 at best. I’ve passed this place over a hundred times but never stopped in until last evening. Boba and I have a love/hate relationship. I want to hate boba, but I can’t because I just love it too much. The shop is very small, but it’s big enough to fit not only a full menu of boba flavors, but a yummy variety of ice cream flavors. They also have a smal seating space too! I added a star for great customer service and the fresh strawberry chunks they put in the slushie. Their boba is not so great or fluffy as I would like it. There’s shared parking in the lot up front. Lots of traffic and mind the pedestrians and buses that pass.

Eh! Not that great. Was craving some taro boba and came here thinking it was going to be good. It was very watery and Icey. I ordered a smoothie. I payed almost $ 5 and it lacked taro flavor. I will not be coming back.

I had a some time to kill before meeting up with some friends and stumbled across«I Love Boba.» LOCATION/SETTING: Right at the busy Sunset/Alvarado junction. There’s a lot but parking can get a little tight in the small complex it’s in. The shop is small with a few seats. Nothing fancy, but that’s ok. SERVICE: I read other reviews about poor service. I’m glad I didn’t experience that. The girl who took my order was very nice. DRINKS: I ordered a medium Vanilla Frappé with Boba and it was great! Under $ 5…can’t complain! The medium was a good size. I felt as though I got my money’s worth. OVERALL: Good place! When I’m in the area and feel like having a Boba drink, I’ll come back! They offer smoothies, juices and ice cream, too!

Super delicious boba and they offer a stamp card, where you can receive a free boba after 10 stamps. A small size boba smoothie is about $ 4 and $ 5 for the large. Small is very decent size though and The pistachio boba is to die for! It’s really small in there though and it tends to be a little too hot on summer days but other than that, A+ on taste and quality.

Very basic. Nothing fancy about the taro blended boba I got. About $ 4. You get a drink card and there’s free Wifi with a handful of small tables. Parking is a bit hairy-small complex right at the very busy Sunset and Alvarado junction.

Came in here a few days ago on my break to get some smoothies for my co workers and myself and as I walked in the girl was on the phone so I waited. and waited and she would just look at me and keep talking like really? So I left and came back the next day and found out the girl with sucky customer service is named Helen. I was for once disappointed because everybody else who works there is always so awesome and makes sure I am satisfied with my drink but this was the worst service I have gotten and im unhappy with it :/maybe next time.

If you enter and see that the purple-haired girl is working, just turn around and leave. You will get better customer service from a drunk, blind, one-legged pigeon with its wing in a cast. When she finally got around to giving me my drink, it was nasty. My mango boba iced tea had finely chopped pieces of VERY unripe mango, so it was just a bunch of hard bits floating around soft boba pearls. And the tea tasted like one part water to two parts lemon juice. I am a cheap-ass bastard, so when I tell you I threw away my $ 4.85 drink after three sips, that should tell you something. Also, for some idiotic reason, the people who park in their lot just completely ignore the marked spots and just make shit up as they go along. I miss OrangeCream.

While the boba here is pretty good, the service is hit or miss. The other day the male that waited on me was super nice and accommodating, yet today the girl who took my order with the purple hair treated every guest almost like an annoying inconvenience. There is usually quite a long wait for your drink order as well.

Decent boba(fresh, not too sweet) but they don’t open on time, which for me is unacceptable. This is the third time I’ve been here and had to leave boba-less because they are opening 15 minutes late. Lots of boba and juice spots in the area — even though this is close to my work, I won’t be back. #wasteoftime

Waited about ten minutes before a worker came to the counter to take orders. He was prepping drinks in the back. There was only one so he was taking orders and made 3 customers drinks at one time. Took me about 20 minutes for a mango green tea. Instead of calling us to pick up our orders he walked up and personally served us our drink to go. I’ll come again but I’ll make sure I’m in a patient mood before I do.

A decent watermelon slush here on a hot night. My husband’s passion slush was a little strong, but mine was refreshing and hit the spot. A cute little shop with ice cream as well.

Just passing through and started craving a boba, felt the name was a lot to live up to so I went in and gave them a shot, I found so many mre flavors than I intecipated, have tried about 4 of them,(like to keep to what I know) and each one was somehow better than the last… If you like Boba, I’d highly recommend you give them a try, it’s worth the trip… I read some of the other comments and it must be a new crew because the person serving me was very prompt, quick and nailed the boba, what mre could you ask for?

Though I was sad that Orange Cream closed, this is a perfect little addition to the neighborhood(which luckily still sells original flavored orange cream frozen yogurt). The boba here is just as good as all of the great boba places in k-town! My current favorite flavor is the chai milk tea with boba! I had never seen a chai option at a boba place before! Don’t forget to get a frequent buyer card!
