Got a bunch of kids Japanese dvd’s. Anpanman, Doraemon, Totoro, you name it, they have them. I got so many Studio Ghibli classics for cheap I am so happy.

Run to this little corner store inside Mitsuwa Market Place Santa Monica if you’re looking for the latest Japanese horror movies with English subtitles. They carry some Korean movies as well.
Their rental rate starts from $ 1/​day for the latest Japanese TV shows (no English subtitles). Their value package is Rent 3 Get 1 Free. I’m amazed how they can import all the updated TV shows from Japan…
They also sell various kinds of Japanese DVDs (like from all the Miyazaki collections to popular children’s programs). If you want your kids to speak Japanese, play these DVDs endlessly. Duh.
Cash only. They accept Visa/​MC over $ 15 purchase.
Plastic bags are given upon request with 5 cents of charge.
Free parking (Mitsuwa/​CVS parking).
They don’t carry porn, which is why I say c’est bon!
