My dad was placed here. After finding out my dad passed away today it took them 3 hours inform he passed away. Nobody even paid attention until my brother called me with sad news. This place is like a factory. They have 3 people in room and for them is a cash register.

Don’t go here if you want to heal. Bad service, rude staff, and you have to wait a log time to talk with anyone concerning your loved one’s status. Social services is terrible and lazy. Seriously, does it really take 45min to get a pamphlet and bring it back? Don’t count on the staff at the desk to b any kind I help because they will only look at you with a disconcerting face and act like they’ve been working for dad straight and want to leave. Family friend has been there for months and has NOT made any progress on rehabilitation. Talk with any of the patients and they will only have negative things to say. Can’t wait to discharge an transfer my loved one. If I had the option to place him in a facility in the first place, this would definitely be one of the last choices, if not last choice. If you just want your loved one to go away and wait for the inheritance check, this is the place for you

I went in early on morning to visit my Mom who had Alzheimer’s and when I walked into the room I witnessed the workers hit my Mom, trying to get her to get out of bed. They did not know I was standing at the door. Can’t help but wonder how often this occurred.
