Went here couple times and realize this place sucks. The Dr is OK but his staff needs to be get rid of. Especially, The Asian lady (his wife?) does not know how to talk to patients nicely, she thinks she works in a supermarket or a restaurant. We are patients, we need people who cares about us when we come there, we have bad health problem so we come to the doctor. We dont expect to see a person like this lady working as a receptionist and act like she owes this place or think she is a doctor. She has no manner when talking to a patient. What kind of person is she? I called in and ask for result and she does not even ask for my name and think i am somebody else and tell me the results are good until I told her she got a wrong person. then she told me to go look for some other doctor because i am expecting too much from the way they work. When a patient is not happy about the way you work, you just get rid of them like that? just tell them to go somewhere else? That kind of talk is not for person who work in the doctor office.
