Worst place to shop at. Customer service is the worst! Clothes are damaged!
Don’t shop here cause even if you buy something you can’t return it at all.
Sizes run a size smaller then you usually wear.
When you buy something and wash it the color fades so much. Worst place ever! I’m warning you not to buy from this cheap place at all!!! You will regret it. Save your money and go to ROSS!

True, you cannot try on clothes there. I got used to that, bargain shopping in the Bronx. If you can eyeball it, or hold it against you and know if it will fit you, game-​on; shop here. If not, you might get frustrated.

This store always catches my attention. The window displays are adorable! BUT, you can’t try ANYTHING on! And sizes usually run very small! But the prices are great. Totally worth checking out. I’ve picked up a few cute tops from here.

very affordable clothing. Def some cute stuff just iffy about the quality. I did find a really nice pair of black jeggings for 15 bucks (retailed from nordstroms originally 50) and some blingy earrings to use for work (bellydancing).
Ghetto appearance/​area and no dressing room are the downsides.

This place is near my dance studio and so I came early and decided to check it out.
LOCATION:
Parking is street or at the Vons.
Kinda ghetto on the outside. The streets need to be paved because it’s horrible.
AMBIANCE:
Random sections of clothes — you see cute clubby clothes, then you see sweaters that older women would wear, then you see medical scrubs, then you see lingerie… but all under $ 12. Kinda cheapy too.
CLOTHES:
YOU CANNOT TRY ON ANY CLOTHES
It varies. I found a lot of cute dresses but you can’t try on the clothes. So I don’t know how they’d fit. Of course, you can return them within three days (with tag and receipt).
These clothes are really the types you see at Forever 21 or Papaya. They are cheapy, but for $ 5 it’s ok to wear a few times and then donate to a charity. I think it’s good for high school girls or for clubby times. I got some club clothes here but nothing I’d wear normally.
BELTS:
Range big. I bought a belt that I thought would fit, but it’s too big. Try it on before you buy because you can’t return belts.
SERVICE:
Eh… they just ring you up. They don’t really help you, but the clothes are cheapy already.
Overall, if you need something fast cheap and easy, come here.

My 15 year old niece can always find a cheap top, leggings or jeans at this place. It’s good for teens and those of you slightly over the age of 20. Just not my cup of tea.

So, I thought I’d give this place another shot and boy did I score. I bought a pair of jeans, soon to be my favorite, here. Comfy, inexpensive, great fit and all of these great luxuries for the price of $ 14.99!

Like the other reviewer mentioned they have very small sizes. Typically I wear a small to medium size but I bought this dress there once in a size medium and could not get that thing over my shoulders! Definitely makes you feel fat. Anyways, if you’re of a smaller frame and are willing to look this place is great. I got this awesome coat from Forever 21 for $ 5! I’ve been going here for a couple of months now randomly stopping by if im in the area and since there is definitely no trying on you’ve go to make wise purchases.
Recently they’ve been cutting off the tags so you cant tell the brand but if you look at say the buttons it’ll say like the heritage line from forever 21, arden b, charlotte russe, and etc.
For the price, I definitely think this place is worth a shot if you’re willing to go to a part of LA that isn’t the safest neighborhood and look around.
