I rarely have time to write reviews, but after seeing Helen today for my first ever facial, I love the way my skin looks and feels after one treatment already. It is clear that Helen is completely knowledgeable, passionate, and shares a lot of information with her clients so they can be their very best. Very zen space, friendly staff, love the way the products smell and feel, easy to park… but the bottom line is, what she is doing works! Can’t wait to book my next facial with her! I went to see Helen last week for a restorative facial as my skin was breaking out and seemed dry and stressed. When I arrived, the space was cozy, quiet and welcoming, instant relaxation. I was impressed at how attentive Helen was to my comfort and she helped me choose a treatment that was right for me, even customizing my experience to be sure all my skin issues were addressed.
During the treatment, I swear I have never been pampered like this! She took her time through the process, every part of the facial was luxurious. There were no unwelcome surprises, the equipment she used was professional, clean and discreet, and she walked me through the treatment, letting me know what she was using and why. She dropped skin-​care tips when necessary and her genuine attention, care and concern about me was apparent.
It’s obvious the products she used were quality as a week later, my skin is still glowing! I even received a few compliments about how great my skin looked from friends and I had to gush about this secret spot in Studio City. Lastly, she is a gifted masseuse and her neck, head, shoulder, hand and foot massages were incredible. I honestly cannot wait to return to see her and make it a regular visit. Her patience and kindness is evidence of her passion to help people look and feel their best.
