Absolutely horrible customer service. The gentlemen I first spoke with on the phone was very nice. The one who came to do the assessment; started doing the job without telling me how much the cost would be. When I was shocked at the price; he started to undo the job he had begun. I told him, «no, I really need it to be done; I’m just shocked at the cost. He then insulted me and told me he would not do the 2nd. of two jobs he was sent to do; basically leaving me in a bind; even though I agreed to their overpricing. He had major attitude and would not admit that he was wrong to start the job before telling me how much. When I tried to call the office; we got«cut off» on our connection(hung up on?) 4 times. The guy left(with my credit card number) AND I got no receipt. Thank God my landlord was here to see that only the(table) part of the job was done, and not the mirror. I was quoted $ 75. If more shows up on my card; I will have my bank put a hold on the charges. Feeling very unsettled due to this gentleman, who did not quote me a price before beginning and then insulted me when I didn’t like the price. Then he bailed on part of the job, leaving me with no receipt. To re-cap, people in office don’t even have a reliable phone. SMB
