I’m disappointed with the new«Guess List Membership.» The promotion is full of fine print details that are designed to get you to shop at their stores and pay inflated prices thinking that by using reward points the prices appear more reasonable. Clothing made in Mexico and Vietnam no less. You have to spend over $ 200 to redeem any rewards which do not mature until 30 days after purchase and expire within 60 days. It’s really just a gimmick to spam the hell out of you with DAILY emails. They also require your telephone number… just wait until I get a phone call. HEYGUESSCORPORATE… DON’T SCAMYOURCUSTOMERS. There are too many good boutiques with clothing made in the USA to spend a dime at a store that doesn’t appreciate their customers. It’s too bad because the one thing they definitely have is a great sales staff and they don’t even get commissions.

I’m so sad! My favorite Guess store is closed for good. What am I going to do without their additional 50−60% off on their sale items? I got a 60% wool pea coat here just last summer for $ 29 and it was worth every penny. Life will not be the same from here on. 5 stars for the wonderful memories. May you rest in peace. :(

At first this Guess store seems just like any other– well stocked with the latest jeans and dresses for guys and gals… but then you get to the back half of this store and… surprise! clearance galore! Now I hate to rate a store solely on their sale section of last season’s discards, but this particular Guess store seems to have a much better selection on sale items than any other Guess store I’ve visited(which is a lot since I love Guess!) Not only does this store always have friendly staff and jeans that fit me(hooray!!! I’m tall so that’s rare), but they also have really awesome Marciano skirts and tops, and Guess jeans/tops for guys and gals at like 70% off. This definitely is one of the best stores at the Westside Pavillion.
