Disruptive, unprofessional and sloppy.
Site manager Shane was disorganized, inexperienced and combative with tenants. Even HIS team of workers walked off the job during the first week due to his attitude and poor planning.
Deadline after deadline was missed and extended without apology. Doors needed to be painted twice due to sloppy overspray, door handles and locks were left rough with overspray flecks of paint too. Half of the new outside light fixtures they installed were put in with cracked glass. Literally installed broken.
Three different teams each partially worked the project and the negative side effects are apparent in the end product. Buyer beware.

They are such a great contractor and consultant! Very professional, detail-​oriented and helpful. The job was completed nicely, and faster than I
expected. I would definitely use them again!
