Greenclean Junk Removal

A bit of a bitter-​sweet experience with GreencleanJunkRemoval. Placing the booking was easy, the guys (Enrique and Antonio) turned up on time and got straight to work clearing and loading a full track of excess furniture and accumulated moving boxes and junk including a bulky entertainment unit following a move. All that was great.
The only negative was what I felt is a bit a of tricky marketing tactic. I booked with GreenClean based predominately on an ad in Smart-​Saver which featured a tempting offer to «Save $ 30 off your next junk removal». What the offer fails to clearly state is it is a discount off your «second» junk removal booking. I assumed, as I think most reading it, the discount would be off this booking (which technically was my next) but this was pleasantly disputed and was informed it was off the «next = second» booking. Disappointing as the cost for a full load was $ 420.
Without the unclear and tricky discount offer, I would have given a 4 or 5 star rating as the guys were great, quick and efficient. But sadly the, what I view as deceptive, offer left a bad taste in my mouth.
