Grace and I

Their Peach & Ghost Pepper preserve is the best preserve I have ever eaten. A friend had a jar in her fridge and I put some on cheddar cheese and a trisket. To die for.

Found these guys at the UniqueLA show. Their Raspberry & Peach Champagne Preserve was one of The Best Foods I have ever eaten in my life. Please, please make it again next season! They’re goods are not cheap, but they’re expertly crafted and honestly worth the extra dough.

Grace and I was one of the vendor at the William and Sonoma Artisans’ Market. I have to say the fruits and nuts press looked beautiful and would make lovely gifts or wedding favors. One of the customer asked about who is Grace, and the man working at the table said that Grace is not a person, it means prayer here. This would have been a perfectly fine answer had he stopped right there, but instead the conversation took an uncomfortable turn. He went on saying that he worships the one and only god. His god is the good god as he proudly declared to everyone. This was a tasting event, it was rather ignorant of him to assume that his opinions would be well received by all as he tried to woo the customers with his products. I realize that the company may or may not share his view, but at the time, I had to pass because I didn’t feel like doing business with this man.
