Over priced no customer service and no return exchange policy in their chain stores. I got a toy from their Simi Valley location and after ongoing out that the child has the same toy I decide to go and exchange it from Sherman oaks location. The employee has no clue about their exchange return policy she has to text some manager or (owner) and wait for a while to find out that they don’t take back same chain store (go) from other store. Shame on them they lost a client.

This is a great store in the Beverly, there is no play area in the mall so a great place to bring your children. They use to be on the 8th floor now they are on the 6, and the store is not as big as before. Over all great little store.
