Very bad customer service!!! My husband bought a necklace for my birthday gift. And the chain had broken as soon as I wear them. So I went there to ask them to fix for me. Isnt is obvious to fix it for free? Because it had been broken as soon as I wear them! But they ask me to pay for it. So we had an arguement and they decide to fix for free. But after they fix it they ask me to pay for it!!! what the… This isnt right. And also I had to ask them to fix another necklace that had been broken. And they fix it wrong and not even saying sorry. They just said «no one cant fix this necklace in right way.» Then why dont they tell me in a first place. So I had to pay fixing price but my necklace is ruined…
