Good yogurt and lots of yummy toppings, what else do you need? It’s a smaller yogurt shop but it has cool, color changing led globes hanging from the celling. Service was decent and the 10% discount made it that much better. Not an exceptional 5 star joint but defiantly worth checking out.

For the most part, pretty much all froyo places are the same. The staff here are extremely nice and friendly but that’s not why I’m giving a 5 star review. What’s the one thing that makes a difference??? One word: HEATH. That’s right. Heath bar. That perfect deliciousness is for some reason, no where to be found at any froyo place. I’ve never understood why. Every time I went anywhere to get froyo I continually was left disappointed-Until I came here. Hallelujah. Finally, somebody isn’t stupid. It is beyond me why I need to beg for Heath at other froyo places but it seem so be the truth. Frog + Heath topping = the best froyo in town.

I’ve had a bit of a frozen yogurt«resurgence,» perhaps just as a break from ice cream(which I still love, never fear). Most places seem to close up by 10PM, and I needed somewhere open later. Unilocal didn’t let me down. Frog is a cute little place tucked away into the strip mall on the SE corner of Selma and Cahuenga. I can see how parking would be a challenge at certain times if you don’t want to spend money for expensive valet or a lot, but I found a metered space right around the corner. Once I walked into their colorful, brightly lit shop, I was greeted by a friendly counter guy, who immediately offered me sample cups and was happy to answer any questions or just chit-chat and tell me about the business. I went for the dark chocolate and their vegan peanut butter ice cream, and then accessorized with chocolate chips of various persuasions and a half a Reese’s peanut butter cup. Their selection of toppings seems both extensive and of good quality. Also, one thing I particularly liked about the yogurts was the presence of carb information, something many places don’t have. I especially liked the dark chocolate yogurt, and the vegan peanut butter was solid(I believe that one uses almond milk). My only suggestion to the counter guy was that perhaps the Reese’s could be cut a little smaller, as a half-cup is a bit hard to eat in a bowl of yogurt with a spoon, and if it were just a little smaller, you could enjoy it with more bites. All in all, this seems like a very nice spot. Not quite ready to jump on the five-star bandwagon yet – they’re still in the shadow of Philadelphia’s Happily Ever After– but I will definitely be back at some future point to try them again.

Vegan, peanut butter fro yo. That is what brings me here. I love ice cream, but I try not to too much dairy. This place has almond and coconut milk fro yo, which none of the other yogurt places have(at least none that I’ve been to).

Great frozen yogurt available at ridiculously late hours. It has a colorful atmosphere. The people working here are usually very chilled out yet friendly. They keep the toppings and yogurt dispensers clean. Great selection of toppings. The yogurt flavors are good, but not the greatest I have tried. I think more interesting flavors and consistent variety would be sweet but their cake batter flavor was one of the best I have had.

Great flavours and a good price! The ceiling lighting is seriously awesome and the cashier was super friendly. I tried about 6 flavours before settling on mango, vegan peanut butter and triple chocolate mousse. Never seen vegan fro yo before so I was impressed!

This is a great fro yo bar open late! The ingredients are fresh and plentiful — hello, fresh berries! It is definitely on the pricier end, my last trip cost me over $ 7.00! Maybe a bit less cookie dough bites next time.

Leapin’ lizards and geckos… well this sure looks and feels suspiciously similar to Yogurtland. But it’s not. Frog is an independent operation. Mega-adorable little shop in a teeny tiny corner strip mall parking lot. As with any proper fro-yo place, they let you try as many flavours as you want. Great variety as well as fresh fruit such as mango, kiwi, berries– all my favs to garnish/scoop on top. Everything was fro-yummy. Seating inside and a table outside, so you can stay and enjoy your frozen Frog-coction. They keep the place spotless, and my cashier was very nice. Being a die-hard Yogurtland stanatic(stalker fanatic), I have found that few other shops measure up. Until now. Froggy fan fer shurr. Automatic bonus star for being next door to Stout, one of my all-time favourite burger and beer happy hours. I’d happily expire from food coma on this very block. easy. When cruisin’ this stretch of Cahuenga ‘n cravin’ the yo’ that is fro’, your best move is to hop on in to the Frog!

A yogurt place that delivers, geaa! On top of that the yogurt was not the best but still tasted great. Toppings were on point and the guy who delivered was friendly and quick. If you’re looking for a sweet fix without moving a muscle, this is your spot.

Never thought I would see the day, BUTTHEYBROUGHTBACKTHECUPCAKEBATTER… even though I am the check in «duchess» there, I actually stopped going for a little because driving to Hollywood at least 3x a week from Dtla for Froyo & not seeing a flavor I had been asking about constantly(and eventually writing a review to request) was a little unsettling. Couldn’t stay away for long though! I almost cried when I saw it, and then went 3 times that weekend… I have no idea how that isn’t a flavor that is always there but that NSA awesomeness is definitely a reason to go to Frog, this review is making me wish I was. the peppermint was also amazing, so happy!!!

The yogurt flavors are usually not very good, but a lot of vegan flavors if you’re looking for that! Personally, I think the vegan flavors taste like they’re made with water and I’m not about that. Also, the toppings are average and the prices are a touch too high. Honestly, the best thing about this place is the cute artwork on the walls… everything else is just meh.

I am absolutely in looove with this yogurt place. It tastes like ice cream! The vanilla is the absolute best flavor. The toppings were super fresh and everything was very clean. The decorations are so cute. The parking situation sucks but it’s hollywood…

This spot is super cute and very clean which is appealing! The watermelon sorbet is the most delicious flavor and my absolute favorite. As far as their toppings, there’s a wide variety of things including fruits and candy. I’m craving it just thinking about it! However, I stopped by today on my break from work and aside from paying 8 bucks for my cup, I found a fly in my yogurt. I was super bummed out. FROGSDOLIKEFLIES. funny, but not actually funny.

The fro yo is really freaking good! The vegan, gluten-free peanut butter is sinful and the key lime is really good as well — mix them together and you’ll have key lime pie fro yo. It’s kind of ridiculous that you can only get two samples… no need to be stingy. The music is loud and not great, but they are going for a club type vibe in there. Overall, very, very good, probably the best in LA. I got hooked on the peanut butter and have put on some weight as a result, so now I’m trying to cut back, but it’s difficult.

I stumbled upon this place after having dinner at the Smokey’s Poutine next door and glad I did. This has to be the best Fro-Yo establishment I have ever been too. I love the different mix of flavors they have which are off the beaten path of other places, and it’s clean… I hate Fro-yo places where you go to use the toppings and it’s a big sloppy mess, with the toppings all over one another. All the toppings were fresh and delicious and kept neatly for self serving,(The baked brownies were excellent) they also deliver which I found very cool. I loved the huge assortment of toppings from all types of nuts and fruits, sauces to a huge assortment of chopped candy bars(Snickers anyone?) The ambiance is that of a bar with the light show ceiling and the great music blaring from the sound system. Great for when you are leaving dinner or a bar nearby as they are open to 2AM every night. My only note: The cups are huge and one size only, I think you should have a small, medium and large cup.

I was so excited when I found out there was another place that had vegan frozen yogurt options. I was so disappointed when I tasted them. I don’t even know how to grade this because I don’t know how their regular yogurt is but their vegan options were not good. At all. They tasted like they were made with water even though they were made with almond milk. And while I appreciate that they were probably trying to avoid using soy, if you’re not making«sorbet» your yogurt should not be icy. It’s located in a strip mall in east Hollywood near a bar and a poutine shop. The strip mall does have it’s own little parking area and Frog offers free 20 minute parking with a validation but there are not many spots at all.(And without a validation it’s seven dollars). There was one person working there, and he seemed pleasant enough. But I don’t know how they would do in a rush. We were their only customers at that time. But I think this is a late night spot and it was definitely early. The good: they stay open until 2am and have a super cute design. The bad: if their parking lot is full, and it looks like it might be full all the time, you’ll have a hard time finding parking around there. The ugly: disappointing yogurt texture. Hopefully the dairy versions aren’t as icy. One star for vegan flavors. Five stars for trying and providing vegan options. Averaging 3 to be fair. BUT, MAKENOMISTAKE: I AMDISAPPOINTED.

I have to update my review due to the poor customer service I received yesterday. Myself and my family came in around 4:45pm yesterday, and there was no one to greet us or even help us out up front. After about 5 – 10 minutes someone came out from the back to see if we wanted any samples. We let her no, we didn’t need any samples. Then she proceeded to go to the back, again. My family got our froyo, and waited for her to come back to the front to ring us up. Then we sat in the beautiful store, and before we even sat down at the table, she was in the back, again. Left the entire store to ourselves. I watched another customer come in after about 15 minutes of us eating our froyo(no employees in the front of the store) she wasn’t helped, she was taking the froyo bowl and sampling the different froyos(I’m assuming it was due to no employees in the front to assist her.) and when it was time for her to her rang up a guy came from the back. I think he stayed out there for the rest of the time we where there. My family eats at frog at least 3 times a month, we love this place. The frozen yogurt is amazing, great selection for toppings as well, the décor is one of a kind, and they deliver! But they customer service is a hit or miss.

Peter and I stopped in here as we were passing by on whim. We had lime, watermelon and orange base with fruit and cookie crumbs. Today is going to be our lucky day cause our total was $ 6.49 Cool décor. The watermelon flavour was amazing, better than expected. Funny conversation between Peter and I Him: did you ad the lime? Me: yes I did Him: Did I get any of it? Me: sorry I ate it all

Peanut butter vegan flavor was the BOMB. That’s about it. By the looks of it, the quality seems a tad higher than the other guys. Good variety of toppings, and sure those vegan toppings brings all the boys to the yard.

Vegan peanut butter is like the vegan flavor of forever; it is always there, third pump to the left. They have the big cups and waffle cones, which the cones are also pretty big. If you want to fill the entire waffle cone, it costs about $ 5 and the attitude of some of the workers to go to the back room and get it. Honestly, I have never seen such a pissed off and lazy girl having to walk over to the back room this past Monday afternoon on 8⁄31 to get a cone. Haha! So, I recommend cups, because I can just add a small amount for about $ 3 and it would be a lot easier to eat than putting a tiny amount of ice cream into a cone. The vegan peanut butter soft serve, by the way, is incredible. It is the best soft serve ice cream I’ve ever tried. I’ve become kind of finicky with ice cream as of late. And I really have been in the mood for smooth soft serves. Peanut butter offers an incredibly rich and smooth, sumptuous texture/flavor that doesn’t taste slightly icy like sorbet, like the other vegan options including banana, watermelon and most recently the key lime, usually do. They have free tester cups for you to try out the flavors. I recommend getting tester cups because usually the ice creams run soft at the very beginning, then get harder… As for the employees — I mostly just need someone to weigh the damn cup so I can leave. I would be happy to weigh it myself if they offered that option because I don’t need them for anything else really. Their employees really, really range in attitude, because some are like awesome, some are really cute, some are like wtf and some are like WTF. They either have a really low retention of employees or a lot of employees that have only a couple of shifts each month because I never see the same people here. Move the baddies to back room(I noticed that the bad ones seem to love to hang out back there anyway) and keep the good ones in front. All in all, I like this place, recommend cups, not overdoing the amount of ice cream you put in your cup and the peanut butter.

Yum! I heard this place has vegan options and is open until 2am, so I had to try it out. The banana and peanut butter flavors were really nice and light-not overly sweet or heavy. Made with almond milk! I chose berries, graham cracker dust, and chopped nuts as toppings. The nuts were a bit stale. Total was $ 7.80! Eek. I definitely got a decent amount of vegan yogurt, but too me this is too expensive. I’ll probably still come back.

Park in their lot!!! I was mislead. It is free for 20 minutes with validation so you don’t need the meters. This is a good little frozen yogurt place on cahuenga. Very central place for yogurt! It has vegan options and many different flavors from plain choc and vanilla to watermelon and banana. Their topping selection is very fresh! I saw them re filling fresh fruit when I arrived. Everything from cereal, sprinkles, waffle cone, granola to fudge brownies and red velvet cake, blueberries, cantaloupe and strawberries. They have hot caramel and hot fudge which is different than many yogurt places! Yum. The staff was nice when I asked for sample cups but I wish they would greet their customers. One of the employees was making a to-go and actually cut in front of me to get the yogurt which I thought was bizarre. If they created a more welcoming environment I would have been much more comfortable. Overall I would recommend this yogurt place. It’s good and satisfying. I would definitely try the dulce de leche! Just a little expensive

Cute, trendy, convenient, friendly and Yummy-licious. My friend and I discovered this little yogurt joint just by chance, we were craving the sweet stuff and happened to be in the area. It’s located in a small business plaza in the heart of West Hollywood. The parking is terrible, but if you plan on being in and out within 15 minutes the valet will let you park in the area for free if you get your ticket stamped by the cashier. The employees here have always been friendly and accommodating. The selection of frozen yogurt flavors are usually tasteful and the machines are kept clean, which for me is very important in maintaining. I also appreciate that the fresh fruit and candy containers are separated nicely, without clutter and icky crumbs floating around. The ambience is quite fun and creative. The feel is total Hollywood, the lighting on the ceiling continually changes color and the pictures displayed on the wall are of well known people and characters. There is seating inside as well as outside and they stay open late(2:00am) which is great for those night owls like myself. I would give this place five stars however I believe their prices are outrageously too high. Almost double the amount of Yogurtland. Unfortunately that creates a big drawback. Overall it’s a cute and fun place to occasionally go get frozen yogurt.

I was at Stout gettin mah burger fix one nite and when we left, we noticed this cool, hipster lookin spot. It says FROG so in my head I was like, «Uhm… Cool name…» Then I read ‘Yogurt…’ Somewhere… So again in my head I was like ‘What?!?’ And instantly we went inside, immediately I was greeted with this dude and followed by these really great toppings! I looked at all the flavors and I usually always get plain yogurt so I had some… Then I scrolled down, considering they would have more I might be interested. So … BAM! Peanut butter yogurt. In my head again I said, this time, «AREYOUFRAKKINKIDDINGME?!? YESSSS!!!» No lie, I had to taste it because I had a niiice feeling it’s something I would want it to taste like. It was SOOOOODELICIOUS! So I had some good pumps, proceeded to the toppings section and Bam! coconut flakes! Bam! Carob chips! Bam! Mochi! Bam! Strawberries! Bam! Granolas! I was in heaven, I couldn’t remember how I got through the process of paying out even! My yogurt cup was super goood… No lie again, I tasted a few more PB yogurt just to prove to myself how delicious it was! Fun facts: watermelon sorbet, ghirardelli chocolate and tahitian vanilla were also great but not as EPIC as the PB yogurt. Not so fun fact: They DORUNOUT of the PB so just pray to the heavens they have it when you go in. Alright folks, ko-kak! Ko-kak!

Little Froyo place on Cahuenga, but you’ll see the little, pink Frog delivery truck all over Hollywood. Since they’re one of the smaller froyo places around, it’s kinda surprising that they can compete with Yogurtland and the like. I think it’s because they have the best toppings, and they don’t chintz out on those. Big chunks of brownies and snickers and the like, and unlimited sample cups. Plus, gotta love froyo delivery for when you’re too lazy to get out of the house for froyo. Granted, they have only like 6 flavors… but no matter, they are great. The flavors are really good. Even the vegan raspberry one made of coconut milk is super tasty. Pros: toppings are really good, cute interior, unique flavors, free parking lot, they deliver(no delivery charge on eat24hours dot com, either, just a $ 10 minimum order), delivery is really quick Cons: only like 6 flavors, costs more than the other froyo stores(especially with heavier candy toppings).

Wow! This place is hip, colorful, full of energy and has some spectacular yogurt! At first, I thought the place was a joke when reading the name, but after reading some tips and reviews, I thought it was interesting. We walked a mile from our hotel to find this awesome joint. Well worth it. The employees are friendly and really chill. You can ask them for assistance and waffle cones if you are interested. Plenty of choices to dabble your yogurt senses with. Swirl a root beer float with vanilla or try one of the few vegan yogurt flavors, which is actually amazing. Let me tell you about those amazing toppings! They are amazing! Enough said. Way more variety and the fruits looked quite fresh. The price matched the quality of the yogurt as well as the toppings, so I had no issues paying for the premium stuff. Interesting enough, they provide delivery service as well… I really enjoyed the location and the atmosphere of this yogurt establishment and will make an effort to visit again and try all the other flavor blends when I am back in L.A.

Love this place. Best spot in Hollywood to get a frozen treat. If your in the area you should definitely stop by. Not only are frozen yogurts exciting to choose from but they have large variety of toppings to add on. The ambiance is pretty awesome as well with the colorful lighting and the pop culture art on the wall. The yogurt itself is incredible and I always love adding the graham cracker crust to just about anything. I almost wished they made a larger size cup to fill up, although the cup itself is enough for a very generous helping. Can’t wait to go back.
