Really bad customer service; very unwelcoming and rude. Food on pictures looks nothing like the real food! And I asked why I couldn’t find any of the entrees in the pictures here, they answered«picture is from 10 years ago» !!! why would you promote false add? I paid $ 23 for two poorly filled plates, with something that doesn’t even look like kabob! Salad is from«10 years ago». Taboula is very old. 2 little pieces of dolma(didn’t taste good either). Save your money and look for a subway or panda express.

Closed For Remodeling. The whole area south, past The Chinese 6, is getting work done. Ah, Hollywood.

Basically, this is the best tasting kabob chicken I have had anywhere. I don’t know what they do, but its always juicy and only cooked when you order it. When I started coming here 3 or 4 years ago, the chicken kabob came with choice of 5 sides, Now its only 3 sides, but its still a pretty good deal. You also get a few small slices of flat pita bread. Its not in an area where they get a lot of foot traffic, so its usually not crowded, at least at dinner time. I go here when I’m in the area.

Delicious food, large portions, and good service. I went with a friend and we both ordered the Beef Shish Kabob with different sides Both agreed the Beef was seasoned well, tender & yummy I got the Tsadziki which is made with yogurt and is not only authentic, it is balanced, fresh, exactly as Tsadziki should be. The Tabouleh was also very fresh and I appreciated how green it was. I topped the seasoned potatoes with the Tsadziki– great combo. My friend got the Chicken and Rice side and said it was wonderful. I forgot which other sides she got, but I do recall she was very happy. The portions were so big, we both took home leftovers. Made for a great lunch the next day. Thank you Fresh Fire Kabobs, may you continue to succeed in making delicious, healthy food for many years to come!

Waiting for a movie across the street, needed quick dinner. Beef kabob was tasty, but after cooking for a while the woman asked, «you like medium or well?» I like kind of rare actually, but didn’t want to risk it here… The rice was white, plain and watery…, humus had no flavor at all — and I was not sure what to eat it with!(No pita)… Salad an oily mess with too much of the core of an iceberg lettuce in it.(Those were my 3 sides). Hard to eat meat with the cheapest plastic forks ever! Resorted to using my hands… glad to report that almost 24 hours later I did not suffer any ill effects from this place! Yay! The server reminded me of the deranged Helena from Orphan Black! So, that’s kind of great!

Pretty good food, big portions… great place to have lunch if you work in the area. Location is odd… most tourists just walk past this area without knowing it exists.

Their location is at the top of the hollywood and highland building. Quiet and good for conversations. I had their beef and chicken combo with sides of salad, rice, and hummus. Their prices are very reasonable.. I liked the beef and chicken kabobs. I wish I could say the same for the salad.

I’ve tried the chicken kabob plate, it was amazing the chicken is so soft and delicious love this place, who ever I know all my friends eat there, it’s cheap, healthy and delicious, love this place… Chicken kabob plate I believe 9.95 $ but it comes with two sticks of chicken and 3 sides and very tasty bread.

The atmosphere is lacking but the food is rocking at Fresh Fire Kabobs. Tucked away on the 2nd floor of the Highland center just along Hollywood Blvd, with a large indoor space and an equally large outdoor patio. We both had the combo kebab(beef + chicken) and each was very good. Dishes include 3 sides which varied from dolmas to hummus to pasta salad to tabbouleh to greek salad. Overall, fast friendly service, huge portions and great food.

I was buying food at the Great Steak and while I was waiting for my food I say down. I couldn’t help to notice one of the staff members take a spoon out of the food container, put it in his mouth and put it back. After watching that, I vowed to not eat there.

Excellent kabobs and fast service! They grill the kabobs right in front of you. Regular here and highly recommend the beef kabob combo and the lamb chops are delicious!!! They have a variety of sides and each dish comes with 3 sides… good middle eastern fast food.

The place is decent. The beef kabobs were really good & you get a fairly large amount of food for the price. The people working here are a generally friendly. The tables are a little dirty but come on people it is what it is. You’re sitting at a cafeteria like setting. Still a great place! Ill probably come back here again. Pros: –Good Kabobs –Decent amount of food for the price –Actually a friendly staff once you can get past the slightly cold & indifferent front they put up Cons: –lacking freshness & cleanliness but it’s to be expected from the location

I was trying to make a movie so I had to eat at the Hollywood Highland very very sad food court! I had the Chicken Kabob Sandwich/wrap, it was the grossest thing I’ve eaten in a long time. The lavash was super dry and the wrap consisted of mostly folded lavash, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, hummus and grilled chicken breast. I ended up taking out the chicken and just eating that, plus I’m pretty sure they over charged me, I paid $ 10 bucks! What a disappointment, next time I will just get a hot dog at the theater!

I have come here a number of times for years. I consider this a place for a great meal when I am at the Hollywood Highland complex. This is my first review based on experiences of today and past experiences. The place is sort of buried at the back of the complex in the Chinese Theater side but it is worth seeking out. Very high value for the money. If you were served half the food for the same price it would still be a nice value. Four salads /sides are served with each entrée. There is a nice selection of options and you can double up on anything you pick if you desire. The salads are fresh and tasty. There are also potato and rice side options as well. Fresh ingredients nicely prepared. I often post tips while I am at the restaurant and photos from my meal and this time was not an exception. Most of my photos have captions. Bottom line … nice value for the $ and nicely done. I will continue to return as I have for a number of years.

The only reason you know about this place is either you work in the area or you’re a tourist. This place is nice to grab a quick healthy meal whether it be lunch or dinner. They give you a discount if you show you work in the area. I either get the shawerma or chicken breast kabobs and they give you 4 generous sides… yum.

We stopped by here for a quick bite with some friends before heading to Lucky Strike. Seating was plentiful on the Friday evening at around 8PM in the food court. Noise wasn’t excessive, typical of a food court place with only two other tables seated, but at least the tables were clean and didn’t have a lot of food all over the place. Their combo plate comes with two meats and 4 sides(we got the rice, pita bread, hummus, yogurt, veggies). For the price, its actually plenty of food and very filling. The chicken and beef kabobs were very tasty, but not too strong. Mixed bites with the pita/humus and pita/yogurt really complimented each other well. Items were fresh and served hot. That, and we didn’t have to wait too long. My gf and I was thinking one plate wouldn’t be enough to fill us, so we also grabbed a philly cheese steak sandwich from next door which topped us off well. For a quick bite if you’re in the area, this would be a nice place to stop by for some flavor. The 4 stars actually point more towards this being exactly what we were looking for; a satisfying quick meal when running a tad late!

We come to H&H specifically to eat this. Come before a Hollywood Bowl show! get parking validation, and walk to the bowl! The lule is good but we usually get Chicken Kebob(white meat, really healthy) and salad and rice & hummus. Their rice is that fragrant basmati kind that has a lot of loose texture. You get 5 additional items with your entrée.(but we double up on rice and salad). Bring some of your own sauces… we get a garlic spread from Whole Foods that tastes like Zankou’s. Healthy, fast, affordable! This place is awesome for being randomly at the H&H food court.
