I came here with a friend after bouldering for some milk tea and crepes. The crepes took over 30 minutes per person to come out. This was surprising since cooking crepes do not take that long. My friend guess they messed up and was making another one. The drinks came out pretty quick. When we were ordering they didn’t have boba or aloe add-ons left, this was about 5PM. We ordered watermelon tea, regular milk tea, snow white crêpe and custom crêpe. The place was not crowded when we came. You would need to find street parking and then walk over or park in the structure near it. I do not know the rate since I found street parking.

Four Leaf is a great place to get desserts as they have a wide variety to choose from. I’ve had this place bookmarked for a while so I was excited to finally try it! I got the Japanese Explosion crêpe which consisted of red bean paste, mochi, green tea ice cream, whipped cream & nutella($ 7). There was a little too much whipped crème so I wasn’t able to finish it because it was pretty heavy… But I enjoyed it regardless because it was made fresh to order and the portions are huge! As for service, it was noticeably understaffed as it took around 15 minutes for me to receive my crêpe but the guy that was working there was welcoming and friendly so it didn’t bother me that much. Check this place out if you’re in the area looking for something sweet!

I wasn’t too sure whether I should come here or go to Ozero instead … in the end, my desire for crêpe brought me here. Atmosphere: Not a bad place to hang out or study. Free Wi-Fi + free iced water at the back of the store. I noticed one of the staff looked confused and tried to figure out how the ordering system work(explanation: probably just started working here). Parking: If you can’t park at the Aiso Parking Lot, then you can also try to park near the intersection of 3rd St /4th St & Central Ave(50 cents per hour for parking meters, free parking after 6PM). DISCLAIMER: I didn’t use my FiveStars reward card and I did pay with cash. *** Apple slush($ 3.99 regular + honey boba $ 0.50 + free Unilocal check-in upgrade): Wait … why did I see«Jungle & Starry Tea Bar» logo on the top of the plastic cup? Anyhow … apple slush wasn’t as watery as I thought and I could taste the shredded apple skin. This drink would probably taste better if they use Fuji apple, but it was good enough to survive and dehydrate under the hot and sunny day. Honey boba weren’t too bad either and good enough using the 626(San Gabriel Valley) standards.(3.5÷5) Japanese explosion(red bean paste, mochi & green tea ice cream, $ 6.95): Messy(ice cream started to melt and drip due to hot red bean) and not exactly cheap dessert, but overall it was a lot better dessert than I originally anticipated. Crêpe had a soft texture with slightly sweet aftertaste(better than the crêpe I JUST had at the Choices Buffet @ Pala Casino one week ago). A VERY Interesting hot & cold combination between red bean(hot) and green tea ice cream(cold). Not only that, Japanese mochi pieces were pretty good too(chewy).(4.5÷5) *** Drinks are more like 3 to 3.5-star(expect Jungle & Starry Tea Bar somewhat average quality) … but their crepes are pretty good and definitely worth a try. Even with the Unilocal check-in offer, I would probably order crêpe instead of its drinks. P. S. — Free upgrade to large drink(to 24 oz) with Unilocal check-in.
