I’ll confess that I haven’t tried anything here… Well, nothing from their baked goods section. I have gone here for ice cream cones, which I like. They are not made at the bakery, but packaged. It is a cheap tasty treat, but I haven’t found it anywhere else. This is my little corner store I walked to grab an ice cream cone. Nothing spectacular, but something nice to have. Nearest Metro Station: Red Line at Hollywood/Western Station

They have DELICIOUS Armenian pastries. Only downside is no trashcan, and you have to spend a minimum of $ 10 for a debit card/credit transaction…

I don’t know what they put in their bread, but I can’t eat anything else anymore! I also love their cheese pastries. The people there are always friendly make sure I leave happy. Low prices for freshly baked good with real ingredients. My favorite local bakery.

I want to like this bakery. I’ve been here twice and sadly I can’t give them a third try. They are NICE and the place is tidy and I obviously am ordering the wrong things… Both times I bought some cookies which were prepacked with no date on them :(They tasted OLD and stale. :(I noticed that one of the other Unilocalers said great for«dry cookies»…not sure what that means BUT I have ordered the same«variety/kind» of cookies at other bakeries in the neighborhood and they are packed when you order them and are fresh. Sorry to say better choices in the neighborhood.

The bags of raisin rolls are amazingly flavorful toasted. After tasting these, my dad requested more. I bought the minced meat rolls too, but left them in the car, so unfortunately never got to try these and can’t vouch for them. But, i bet they;re good too!

man, the owner of this place is SERIOUSLY the nicest guy in the world. we came in here because we had a 45 minute wait for Jitlada(bomb, read my review)… we had ordered 2 of these meat filled rolls just to tide us over, he hands us the bag with the 2 rollls and says«it’s $ 2». TWODOLLARS? you mean these oversized hot pockets are only a dollar each??? we scarfed them down refugee status and went back to order more. the«russian» pizza is DELICIOUS, ask for salt and pepper containers though! makes it taste 500 times better. oh! if he doesn’t ask you himself if you’d like him to warm it up, ask him and he will fully oblige. after we sat back down at the single table in the whole shop. he came around his counter with a bag FULL of baked goods and told us to «enjoy». wow seriously. every time i am in west hollywood i will make it a point to stop by this shop for some Russian as well as Armenian baked goods. though i wonder how they stay in business. must be a money laundering store front most def…
